Panorama Penthouse with Rooftop Sauna & Hot Tub

The Panorama Penthouse in Karlsruhe spans two floors and has seven bedrooms and a spacious living and dining area. Your group has the entire property to itself.

The roof terrace has a sauna, hot tub and gas grill. Indoors, there is a pool table and a foosball table. The penthouse has air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, drip coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster.

Four outdoor parking spaces are provided. An elevator serves the apartment level. Please be considerate of neighbors when using the terraces. Parties are prohibited, and quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

There are three bathrooms with a shower, toilet and sink, one shower room with a sink, and one separate toilet with a sink. A washing machine and a dryer are in two separate bathrooms.

Sleeping arrangements: Five bedrooms each have a 180 × 200 cm bed, one has a 160 × 200 cm bed, and one has two 90 × 200 cm single beds. Three bedrooms have a desk and chair. Two of those rooms also have a sofa bed, one measuring 120 × 200 cm and the other 140 × 200 cm. Four bedrooms, the kitchen and the living room have air conditioning.
