“Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal i receptionen. Rummet var riktigt bra. Sängkläderna var av bästa kvalitet. Frukosten ingick inte och eftersom den var så dyr (25 euro/person) så åt vi inte på hotellet. Receptionen tipsade oss om ett ställe tvärs över gatan som hade ett mycket bra utbud med smörgåsar, yoghurt, kaffe och juice.
Hotellet ligger nära Mirabellträdgården och nära bussturerna ”Sound of Music”. Väldigt nära även till Mozarts hus.”

“The hotel is located a bit outside the city centre, but it was very convenient talking the bus there so that wasn’t a problem, just take the number one bus and get off at Glansteg. The hotel itself was clean and modern, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay there again if we came back to Salzburg!”

“First of all - full real air conditioning. Too often in Europe there is either no AC or there is some sort of “economical” one. With 32C/close to 100F outside you really need one.
Great breakfast with gluten free options. If you refuse room cleaning you get drink coupons for the bar. The hotel is 100 feet from pedestrian street with tons of shopping and dining options.”

“We arrived late by car. There is a space just outside the entrance where you can stop for a few minutes to for a pick up or drop off.
We pre-booked parking (which I recommend that you do since they only have limited parking spaces) but you have to go to the reception first.
I would definitely make sure to bring any luggage and leave it with the staff while you park since the parking spaces are 500m away.
The receptionist was very friendly and also managed to get us food at their restaurant...

"Okej hotell ganska nära centralstationen. Hög svansföring som de inte riktigt lever upp till med tanke på priset. Inte dåligt men inte heller något speciellt. Takvåning som de med rätta är stolta över."
"Nice hotel. We, a family of four, stayed in a family room, and it's fine if you dont plan to spend a lot of time in the room. Room was nice and clean. Not a lot of space for bags, and with a small bathroom. But it works fine for a couple of nights. Breakfast ok, nothing special but the garden is really nice. It's a seven minute walk from the train station and around 20 mins to the old town. Overall, a nice stay. "
"When we entered the room there was a stong scent of perfume, so we had to air out the room before sleeping. The second day we did not want cleaning because of the perfume, and when we got back at the end of the day it instead smelled dingy. Feels like they tried to hide it with the perfume. Due to no AC (which we did not check when booking), the room was very hot. Very close to the old town though which was good."
