Very nice Hotel
We stayed 7 days due to Sandbox Quarantine and the hole stay was a pleasant surprise. Much thanks to this hotel with its nice personnel. I believe we will come back to this hotel and Karon beach soon.

Bra hotell med bra läge
Bra läge med närhet till allt man behöver. Bara en kort promenad över vägen för att komma till stranden. Stora, fina rum med fin balkong ut mot poolområdet. Personalen mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Det enda negativa är de hårda sängarna. Å andra sidan är det mer eller mindre standard med hårda sängar i Thailand, så det var ganska väntat. Rekommenderas.

Bra läge nära stranden. Mycket trevlig personal både i reception och som städade. Stora fina rum, lite hårda sängar. Nära restauranger.

Vi bodde här för ett år sen och var nöjda då men i år var det inte lika fräscht poolen behöver en uppfräschning sängarna stenhårda frukosten okej och bra bemötande i receptionen. Gillar närheten till stranden.

Trevligt
Supertrevlig och hjälpsam personal, bra frukost. vägen mellan hotellet och stranden är väldigt trafikerad och jobbig att ta sig över. Väldigt överbefolkat på stranden. Poolen var ofta smutsig och städningen av rummen var inte jättebra, under våra dryga två veckor fick vi bytt lakan max 3 gånger. Fanns alltid solstolar vid poolen och poolbaren serverade god mat och dryck! Helhetsintrycket av hotellet är väldigt bra, mycket tack vare den underbara personalen!

Elegant trivsamt hotell nära strand/shopping
Trivdes direkt, fick ett så bra mottagande. Balkong ut mot poolen. Städningen så bra och personalen här mycket trevliga. Personal vid frukost otroliga. BJ från Burma mycket trevlig och glad kille. Fick separata handdukar till bad/strand och rum som byttes vid behov. Hyr du motorbike har du tillgång till gratis nattparkering som är bevakad vid hotellet. Läget gör att du lätt kan ta dig vidare med motorbike hela phuket. Vi åkte till Chalong bay, Big buddha, rawai strand, kata, pattong, phuket town. Även till Centry Festival som är ett stor köpcentra där allt finns. Bredvid Festival ligger även ett stor BigC som rekommenderas. Önskar du träna yoga ta dig till Kata (HighWay). underbart med fin utsikt. Kan rekommendera restaurang i Chalong Bay (bästa maten hela Phuket) Rondellen mot hamnen första restaurang på vänster sida. En liten trapp ner till restaurangen. Måste besökas. I Karon stor marknad (ti och lö) vid templet. Gångavstånd.

Ett mycket trevligt hotell i övre medelpris läget (Lite i högsta laget enligt min åsikt). Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Vi bokade matlagningskurs för hela familjen. Det blev ett jippo som engagerade stora delar av personalen. Jättekul upplevelse som varmt rekommenderas. Det enda negativa var egentligen själva "ingången" till hotellet som låg i en trång nästan osynlig passage från vägen. (Svårt att hitta) Väl inne vid entrén var det trevligt. Fint pool-område om än lite trångt. Nära till en underbar härlig strand med bra service. (Inte så mycket nasare) Bra kläd/pryl-marknad fanns i närheten. /Lasse

Servicen var utmärkt och rummen stora och härliga. Hotellet är kanon fräscht. Underbar pol och restaurang. Stranden ligger rakt över gatan. Personalen pratade bra engelska.

Warmest recommendations!
Superb alternative with great location! Spacious & very clean rooms with big balcony, lovely garden with big pool including a jacuzzi in the outside pool. Nice and friendly staff. They will gladely help you with any problems (e.g transfer to/from airport). Big breakfast buffet with everything you can think of. Just around the corner you will find restaurants, tuktuk/taxi, ATM, minimarket and, across the street the beach. First we thought that Kata beach was more pretty but if you walk north, as long as you can, on Karon beach you will find, like we did, that this is acutally the best part of all the beaches. It is not packed with people, and there are good restaurants there and if you like to snorkel you can swim out to the cliffs and see a lot of fishes. Another good thing with the location is, if you, like us, wants to go running in the morning, you can run from the hotel all the way down to southern Kata beach, it will be around 11 km - perfect! We really recommend this hotel!

I would love to stay here for a month next time! The hotel staff is so friendly and nice this is one of the only hotels that will give you more than you pay for in Thailand it absolutely my favorite and would stay again and again

This property was very nice and clean, and in a good location across the road from the beach. Mostly Russians seem to be here at the moment. Not much nightlife in this area, so good if you want things a bit quieter.

Hotel needs some upkeep, owners are letting it get run down. Broken drawer in my room, pool is a mess with broken tiles, tired mattress in the room. All the staff are on their phones all the time! So much so that when I used the ATM I immediately went over to reception to have a bill changed and she was looking at her phone. The next people found the card and though I was sitting near the woman waiting for a taxi, she didn't know it was mine because she had been on her phone not paying attention. Unfortunately I was at the airport before she realised and had to cut it up. Cleaning staff in the halls, reception, everyone on their phones! Staff were very nice and attentive if you needed them. Breakfast was so mediocre and repetitive. (Funny, the pub affiliated with the restaurant also was mediocre and I feel probably the same staff). Don't pay extra, there are lots cafes and restaurants to go nearby. Smoking all over the place which was ick. Also thought it was 'beachside' as stated as I've not been to Karon. Had to cross a busy road to get to the beach so I didn't go as much as I had hoped. No chairs made available for my "beachside" hotel either, we have to pay. Chair covers were dirty and wet by the pool and the area wasn't tidied up regularly. I'f I go back I won't stay here, so I'm not recommending.

Dear Guests,Thank you for taking the time to write your reviews.We have admonished our staff and made sure no phones are to be used during service hours. Our sincere apologies forthis oversight.The rooms will be looked at and upgraded, including the pool areas. The breakfast has a vast variety of choices, but wewill still recheck again to see if we can improve more.Anyways we would have preferred if you told us those problems when you were staying here so we could correct thosemistakes.We have dedicated smoking areas in the hotel.We are on the Karon Beach Road, across the beach itself.But we have no control on the chairs and cushions on the beach. They belong to the local community and they chargemoney for usage.You left your card in the ATM machine. The staff called you when another guest using the ATM machine found your cardand gave it to our staff.Luckily our staff could contact you while you were on your way to the airport, and inform you that you left your card inthe machine. We then destroyed the card as per your instructions.I think that was a good action from our staff that they managed to contact you, and you thanked them too.You can see the previous conversation. It is so sad that you first thank the staff for your fault, and then blame them too.We thank you again for bringing these problems to our attention and we will make sure to correct these failures.Thank you and with brgds,

I like this resort very much. It was quiet, well-equipped and accessible, the swimming pool was clean and reasonably sized, and the neat breakfast was a simple breakfast. The staff are all friendly and the cocktail of irish bar run by the same company was also great. I extended my stay because I wanted to stay here. I want to visit again. And I'm not Chinese.

A warm welcome and spacious room with nice balcony, excellent pool area plus the bar inside; staffs are very nice and friendly! Just a few minutes walk to the Karon beach and night food market, if you’re looking for a relaxing and leisure retreat in Phuket, highly recommended to all!

Pros: location-right across from the beach pool-nice layout breakfast buffet - amazing The reason I won't stay there again and canceled the second half of my trip is: 1. wifi was horrible; everytime you put your phone down, it would lock you out so you would have to sign up to wifi again, and that could take up to 20 minutes. We let them know and they said it just works that way (??). We told them that's not OK and after a full day they sent an engineer out to switch out the box from 2.4g to 5g; still had the same problem but figured useless to complaint 2. sprayed pesticides-by spray i mean a huge very long cloud; taller than me and very thick. They did give notice 2 days before but the spraying was allowed to be for the full day (daytime hours) 3. Power went out-Twice. Once due to a storm so not their fault; second time because it was scheduled-during the day-though they told us the night before. That means no hot water, no electricty, etc; sort of a bummer at a four star resort-i'm fine with those conditions when camping but at a 4 star no thank you. i normally don't leave bad reviews but when we had to run through the pesticide cloud to get to our room and the attendant was laughing-ummmm not OK

It is also connected to the electricity problems.Both are outsourced to the govt and so there are always issues.The electric dept had twice this week taken all day to fix the major power lines of the whole town. All of Karon had no electricity all day.Our generator was working all day but we can only supply enough electricity for certain emergency lighting.Our pest control is done weekly, but we will make sure it does not disturb our guests.We will review our standards and wifi details and make sure this problem never occurs again.Thank you again for your comments and we wish you a great time.With Best regards,KSS Management Team

We had a pool access room, good room for the money. The ladder down to the pool was a bit hard and slippery, you would not want to use it if you are old or infirm. Breakfast was good, fairly small area but they change it slightly each day. The area around the hotel is also very good, beautiful beach across the road and restaurants and other shops close by. Also they have a twice daily shuttle to Patong if you want to go there. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

The property is very quiet more like a hotel then a resort. There’s no entertainment and the breakfast starts so late if you do any excursions you won’t get breakfast. It was clean and staff is very nice. Convenient location.
