We fumigate the whole property at least thrice a month, have flowing water and put chemicals in non-flowing water to prevent larvae, however, it is an ongoing issue that we are always trying to improve on. Hi Laura, thank you for staying at the hotel and for your review. I'm sorry to hear about your experience regarding taking picture. In the past we've had cases of non-guests pretending to be guests at the hotel and even trying to get into a room. We want to prevent that happening and bothering our guests so we try to be as vigilant as we can. It seems that it backfired in this situation - I will discuss this feedback with management to see what we can do to prevent this situation from occurring again. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!
