“Very beautiful hotel in perfect location - central but calm and quiet. Staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms were spacious and elegant. However, best of all was the breakfast, served outdoors in the garden. Everything was delicious, fresh and we could not get enough of it. Corfu is beautiful, but it doesn't even matter - we would come back just to stay at this hotel again. ”

“We stayed for one night after our stay in Albania because of the early flight next morning. The location is great, a bit far to walk from the port with a luggage on wheels, but manageable. The service was great. We could check in earlier and they helped us book a taxi to the airport. The building is a bit old, but blends in well in OLD town. Very nice view from our hotel room. Big plus with a small fridge in the room. Much better than expected! ”

Stranden och stränderna i hotellets omedelbara närhet är mindre trevliga och drar ner helhetsbetyget om man är ute efter en badupplevlse utan att behöva transportera sig. Trevliga poolområden och bra med närheten till Korfu stad samt flygplatsen vilka båda är enkla att nå med lokal buss. Hotellet är beläget vackert i en vik där man ofta har vackra vyer från flertalet av dess restauranger och uppehållsområden. ”

“The hotel was exceptionally clean and all staff were super friendly and helpful. The gardens are beautifully kept as is the area around the two pools. It’s hard to find fault with the hotel but if we had to highlight anything it would be that the water at the “beach” in front of the hotel is not one of turquoise blue sadly and you wouldn’t want to swim in it. "Vackra omgivningar med fin välskött trädgård och flera stränder att välja på. Utmärkt frukost med många varma och kalla alternativ. Jättesköna sängar, betydligt mjukare än de brukar vara runt medelhavet. Bra tryck i duschen. Tyst AC på rummet som gick att reglera själv. Vi använde även systerhotellets faciliteter som strand, pool och glassbar."

"Hotell benitses arches tog emot oss med extrem vänlighet. Dem var snälla och visade hur vi bodde samt vart man kunde parkera. Däremot var vägen upp till parkeringen extremt brant och smal, samt parkeringsområdet ännu tightare, rekommenderar minsta hyrbilen som går att hitta. Själva området Benitses finns det inget att klaga på, säkert, mysigt, bästa miljön. Men på hotellet så behövde vi ständigt fråga om saker som de hade intygat om fanns, men som inte fanns. T.ex. badrumshanddukar, toalettpapper och soptunna för skräp fanns ej i studio lägenheten. Ganska tråkigt inredd lägenhet men väldigt funktionell! Skön säng och en iskall AC vilket var viktigt för oss."

"We booked this hotel expecting a luxurious all-inclusive experience, but sadly, it didn’t live up to its promise. The rooms were worn, the children’s bedroom smelled of damp, and we passed the same litter and cigarette butts every day on the path to our room. Inside, the room was poorly cleaned — dust, hair from previous guests, and insect remains in corners and drawers. The pool is too small for the number of guests, and sunbeds are always reserved. Staff seem kind but lack service training; misunderstandings were frequent. At lunch, I was scolded by a waitress after going to the bar to order — a surprising and unpleasant experience. Food quality was disappointing. Much of it appeared prefabricated, including dry pastries, bake-off bread, and soggy lunch dishes. Dinner buffet lacked taste and freshness. Restaurant Venezia was decent, but failed to showcase local ingredients. The Asian restaurant was worst of all, with frozen spring rolls & soggy noodles covered in Asian sweet sauce from a jar. The website presents a high-end image, but our experience was of a tired, mid-range resort in need of renovation, better cleaning routines, and significantly improved food and service."

Food, especially in the A la carte restaurants are really good, and also the drinks by all the bars are high-standard. It’s indeed newly opened and they have some areas of improvement to truly give that overall 5-star feeling. There is a slight smell in some areas of the hotel, but didn’t disturb are overall experience. There is not enough sunbeds and people tend to get up as early as 7am to reserve. The main restaurants is a little understaffed especially during breakfast and lunch to take drink-orders. Would love to have waiters come out to the sunbeds and take orders instead of queuing by the bar. Make sure the reserve A la carte dinners before you arrive to make sure you get all your included dinners. "

"Till en början ser hotellet fint ut, men rummen är ofräscha, gammalt och inte rent. Badrummet var ofräscht och brunnen var full med smuts som inte tagits bort på säkert flera år. Poolområdet och allt runt om kring är smutsigt. Stranden dock är ett stort plus och utan den hade vi nog inte ens bokat hotellet. "
