“Comfortable place”

“took my dog out to potty, & get food for her @ 11:05pm - when she has to go, we go - & now i am locked both out of our room (which my father paid for). PLEASE REFUND HIS CARD, right now. see receipt. we get to spend the night (not in a bed to cradle my bones) but in my jeep. no hot water, no bathroom. no heat, light, outlets. no phone. no key? no service. unacceptable. inhumane. uncivilized. disrespectful behavior, yes. did this happen to us last night? yes. the three nights i paid out of...

“This is a nice place to stay, conveniently located near the highway. Patrons should know that there is no front desk and the key must be picked up at a separate location prior to entering your room. Not a huge inconvenience, but it was unexpected. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I slept well.”

“The cabin was very clean. The check-in smooth and friendly. Plenty of parking. The cabin was well equipped. The heater worked great. The only thing that wasn’t appealing was the outside view of this one particular cabin. The others were probably fine. I’d still stay in this same one though especially for mainly a good nights sleep.”

“Our stay was perfect! The setting was lovely against the mountains. There was a walking path decorated with delightful sculptures around the property. Our room was large and tastefully decorated. The owners were very personable. Breakfast was on time and tasty. I would definitely recommend this place. ”

We were able to store our luggage at the lodge and were driven directly to the train station after checking out; we didn't retrieve our bags until we arrived in Anchorage, which was extremely convenient.”

“Cabin - Extremely small. No wifi, no tv, no dresser or closet. When I closed the door, the door 's window curtain fell because the nail holding one end came out. I do not recommend this accommodation.”

“I stayed in the yurt and i I’m very satisfied with it , the only thing is the floor going inside the room is very slippery even when i I’m wearing my sneakers and my friend wearing hiking boots , we both almost slipped good thing we managed to hold on to the rail. We did mentioned it to the manager. I really love their motif and I’m already telling people that I meet to stay here next time.”

“I absolutely loved the view from our room. We had a huge window that looked straight out over the river. Also, those windows had blackout shades. So the Alaskan summer can be turned off when it is time to sleep. The room was clean and comfortable. The property was well maintained. The staff was very nice and helpful. Check-in, checkout was very easy.”
