The Space:
Our luxurious villa boasts a private swimming pool and is surrounded by a huge private garden, creating a tranquil and secluded atmosphere. On the ground floor, you'll find a comfortable living room, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two singles and an optional foldable bed, and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, there's the main living room with an open plan kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with two single beds, and another bathroom with a shower. On the top floor, there's a spacious master bedroom with a queen size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a jet shower. There's also a second bedroom with two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.

Outside, there's a large fully furnished patio with a glass pergola and a dining table, perfect for al fresco meals. The patio leads to our private pool area and the huge private garden, which includes a BBQ for your use (subject to Civil Protection guidelines as we are within a forest area). All areas of the house are independently air-conditioned, and professional cleaning is included twice a week. Pets may be welcome with advance arrangement.

Guests will have exclusive access to all areas of the villa, including the private pool, throughout their stay.

The Neighborhood:
The villa boasts a private pool and is located just a few hundred meters from the popular sandy beach of Sani in Chalkidiki. The area is known for its stunning beaches, clear waters, lush vegetation, and upscale resorts. During your stay, you will have everything you need in Sani, including supermarkets, bakeries, banks, a health center, a pharmacy, souvenir shops, and traditional product stores. Along the picturesque marina and long beach of the nearby village, there are also many restaurants, taverns, coffee shops, bars, and beach bars to choose from. Additionally, a traditional tavern serving only local dishes is located within 500 meters of the villa.
The villa offers stunning views of Mount Olympus and the Aegean Sea and is conveniently located just 45 minutes from Thessaloniki Airport and 60 minutes from Thessaloniki, a lively city in Greece. Visitors to the Sani area can also explore the enchanting beaches of Sithonia and Mount Athos within a few hours.
There are many beaches to choose from that cater to every preference, including the nearby Sani Beach (700m), Anemos (1km), Bousoulas (2km), Andreas Beach (2km), Simantro Beach (3.5km), Kipsa Beach (4km), Chelona Beach (8km), and Nea Fokaia Beach (10km), as well as many smaller and more secluded spots.
The nearby villages and natural wonders are perfect for day trips, where you can immerse yourself in the local culture and enjoy activities such as biking and hiking. Consider visiting Posidi (35km) for its intense tourist activity and vibrant nightlife or Aegeopelagitika, a popular settlement surrounded by pine and olive trees and favored by those seeking peace and relaxation. For history enthusiasts, take a road trip to Nea Potidea, an ancient site overlooking the clear blue waters of Thermaikos and Toroneos gulfs, or the ancient city of Olynthos. Additionally, the folklore museum of Kassandra, in Afytos, a charming little village, is a must-visit.

Getting Around:
The villa is located in a convenient location that can be easily accessed by car or taxi. The drive from Thessaloniki Airport takes approximately 45 minutes, and there is also the option to rent a car. Alternatively, taxis are readily available for hire. Once you arrive at the villa, there is plenty of free parking available on-site for your convenience.
