“The personnel at the hotel had a lazy attitude and were not nice or polite. I never saw anyone of them with a smile, they were almost rude and seemed as though they did not want to help. The only person who actually was polite and gave good service was the one bartender at the hotel’s rooftop pool bar, but she was the only one that was polite. “Fantastic stay at Marbella Nido with a private pool in our suite. The staff was excellent and friendly. They where very generous and manage to help us with a late check out as well. Many thanks!”

“A great stay in a fantastic location. All the staff were very welcoming. The apartment was spotless and extremely well equipped with everything you’d need for a self catering stay. We enjoyed our daily breakfast which was varied and satisfying. Both pools were great and our only criticism is not of the Solaris but of the other guests who feel the need to place their towels on the sun beds around the pool on a daily basis and not use them immediately. ”

“The property and amenities were satisfactory. The food was beautiful from breakfast choice to main meals. But this property is run by a very attentive owner's and their staff. They are all very hard working and friendly.”

"Vackra omgivningar med fin välskött trädgård och flera stränder att välja på. Utmärkt frukost med många varma och kalla alternativ. Jättesköna sängar, betydligt mjukare än de brukar vara runt medelhavet. Bra tryck i duschen. Tyst AC på rummet som gick att reglera själv. Vi använde även systerhotellets faciliteter som strand, pool och glassbar."

"This is a fantastic hotel and we loved are stay here. The location and views are superb in both the restaurants and the pool-area. Sea veiw rooms are beautiful and clean. Private beach with a lot of sunbeds is also fantastic.Staff if very friendly and helpful. Food, especially in the A la carte restaurants are really good, and also the drinks by all the bars are high-standard. It’s indeed newly opened and they have some areas of improvement to truly give that overall 5-star feeling. There is a slight smell in some areas of the hotel, but didn’t disturb are overall experience. There is not enough sunbeds and people tend to get up as early as 7am to reserve. The main restaurants is a little understaffed especially during breakfast and lunch to take drink-orders. Would love to have waiters come out to the sunbeds and take orders instead of queuing by the bar. Make sure the reserve A la carte dinners before you arrive to make sure you get all your included dinners. "

"Till en början ser hotellet fint ut, men rummen är ofräscha, gammalt och inte rent. Badrummet var ofräscht och brunnen var full med smuts som inte tagits bort på säkert flera år. Poolområdet och allt runt om kring är smutsigt. Stranden dock är ett stort plus och utan den hade vi nog inte ens bokat hotellet. "
