“This place is disgusting, seems to be a month to month living facility more than a Hotel. Honestly will never, suggest this place to anyone with a family. I pre registered my rooms moths in advance to have rooms at least on the same floor. I showed up they had a room on the 2nd floor and a room in the 5th floor. If you want quality service and a quality stay, this IS NOT the space for you”

“Friendly staff, good breakfast, Caribou and sandwich shop and restaurant in building and connects to Mayo Clinic buildings by subway or easy walking distance. Older but clean.”

“The room we stayed in had a shower attachment that must have been water saving and was very old. The brand was Water Pik and it was white plastic. It took a long time to rinse the shampoo and body wash off. Worst of all, it made a screeching noise the whole time the shower was running, and it didn't matter which setting I turned it to. Also, the bed closest to the window creaked every time I turned in bed or moved. The HVAC system was a through the wall thing that was either blowing out air...

“Never replaced towels daily. Doesn’t offer toothbrush or toothpaste.Rooms are dingy and old. Breakfast is ok. Pool facilities are ok. Management is nonchalant but one desk attendant was really nice . A young black guy. Would never stay at this hotel again. Only booked because of the shuttle bus to the hospital. Don’t book because if the price . Spend that extra $20 and go somewhere better. Thank me later”

“The rooms look nothing like the pictures online. They are maybe 12x15 (what you’d expect in a cheap dorm). The A/C sounded like someone parked their Buick in your bedroom. The hallway and room smelled of old, painted-over smoke. And the breakfast was sparce and underwhelming. Not recommended.”

“This hotel feels very outdated and in serious need of renovation. I was initially assigned a studio room in a separate building behind the main hotel, and the room felt very old and had a strong unpleasant odor. The furniture was worn and outdated, the carpet looked like it needed a deep cleaning, and overall the room did not feel fresh or well maintained. “Stayed one night and regretted it. The room was in poor condition from the moment we walked in, clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. The bathtub was dirty and failed to drain properly, making it you stand in dirty bath/shower water. It felt like a cosmetic refresh had been done to mask deeper neglect rather than actually addressing the problems. The pool situation was somehow worse. It was packed well beyond what felt safe or comfortable, and there were children running unsupervised...
