“Very grand hotel, clean spacious rooms (for japan) with comfy beds. The bathrooms could use some updating/renovating but its nothing that bothered us. The terrace restaurant is a cool place to hangout with a cocktail or eat dinner in the evening. Big rooms with good air conditioning.
Wonderful service and staff, especially the Chief Concierge Mr. Seki who helped us with our luggage problem.
