“From the moment we arrived, the owners were so kind and helpful, even organising a full-day safari with an amazing guide where we spotted three leopards and so much more. The rooms were spotless, honestly the cleanest we saw in our whole month in Sri Lanka, and could easily match a high-end hotel in Europe or the US. “The hotel kept on saying I have not paid, lock all doors and did not allow us to check in until I shown them my confirmation email. The rooms were very dirty especially the toilet. All things were broken in the shower room, no hot water, no blankets. Please keep away from this hotel if possible.”
