Dear Mr. Tarcisio Rafaelho, Thank you for your time to write this review. Please let us mention that our hotel is in a quiet location 700 meters away from the centre of Paralia. As we are informed, our reception did not had a request from you to deliver a taxi. Taxi are not standing outside the hotel, so our reception is responsible to call them, upon guest's request. We always welcome our visitor's requests with understanding and willingness. We are really sorry if there was a misunderstanding in something that you have heard. Despite this fact, as we talked about your impressions from your stay with us, you were fully satisfied by our hotel services. We think that disatisfaction from the location could be avoided for the next time by taking attention to the provided location on your booking.
