With approximately 120 m² of living space, this half of the house can accommodate up to 8 people. Featuring 4 bedrooms (3 double beds measuring 200x180, 1 double bed measuring 200x160), 4 bathrooms with showers, and spacious living areas, Warftkroog Süd is ideal for family vacations, group trips, multigenerational getaways, and vacations with friends. The accommodation combines the charm of a traditional North German thatched-roof house with modern amenities and plenty of comfort.

The living and dining area is bright, cozy, and designed for shared vacation moments. A large dining table offers plenty of space for meals, game nights, and social gatherings. The wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere, especially during the cooler months. Fiber-optic Wi-Fi, internet, TV, a hi-fi system, radio, CD player, and DVD player are also available.

The open-concept kitchen, which opens onto the living area, is well-equipped and offers everything you need for a relaxing self-catering vacation: ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, separate freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, fully automatic coffee machine, espresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, blender, and other standard kitchen utensils. This makes it easy to prepare breakfast, family meals, and cook together in the evenings.

A special highlight is the wellness area with a sauna and hot tub, which is shared with the other half of the house. After a day at the beach in St. Peter-Ording, a walk through the expansive landscape of Eiderstedt, or a trip to the North Sea, you can relax here and wind down the day in peace. The property also features an outdoor shower.

The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing in the fresh air. The sunny south-facing terrace, complete with a beach chair, patio furniture, and a parasol, is ideal for relaxing, sharing meals outdoors, or enjoying quiet evenings with a view of the greenery. In the garden with its lawn, children can play, guests can unwind, and everyone can enjoy their vacation days under the open sky. An electric grill is available.

Warftkroog Süd is family-friendly. Children and babies are welcome, and a high chair is available. Dogs are also allowed, making the property well-suited for a vacation with your dog on the North Sea.
