“Stayed for 2 days and it was unmatched. Service was outstanding. The BNB itself was outstanding. Free breakfast served fresh. I will be back next time I am in Kathmandu. “This place is a really nice and convient place in the centre of Nagarkot, with nearby shops and markets. BUT hard for us to understand is the fact that the room have two doors, each with big gaps at the bottom, where cold air will most definitely get in and spread inside the room. Nice staff but not a good hotel
"Unfortunately not a very good hotel. The air conditioner is blowing right in the bed, making it impossible to turn it on when you sleep. And when you turn the AC off there is no air left in the room. And unfortunately, it is not possible to open the window. So no ventilation in the room at all. When you shower the water from the shower goes into the bedroom. And you can smell mold in the room. The staff was however very friendly and tried to help us, but in the end, we had to change the hotel. And even if they were very nice, no offer to reduce the price for the one night that we spent. So I'm very sorry to say that I can not recommend this hotel."
