“Lovely hotel with nice, big rooms beautiful pool/bar area, great gym and nice staff. It is also located in a nice area with walking distance to several places including buddha stoupa, without being a noisy area. Breakfast was okay, a little lacking for our taste BUT the omelet and the fruits were VERY nice. Again: staff was very helpful and nice! Some minus for: the floors in the room could have had a scrubbing down. Not a huge issue for us but still.”

“Stayed at Aloft before and after trekking to EBC-Gokyo. Really wonderful hotel. A great place to recover after two weeks of heavy trekking. Very clean and luxorious and centrally located in the Thamel tourist area. Very friendly staff nice ambience and good food!”

“The hotel stands out for its beauty, breakfast (perfect, varied, and delicious), location (right in front of the Himalayan mountain range, one of the most breathtaking views I have ever seen in my life), and facilities (it has everything: game room, swimming pool, hot tub, etc.). However, nothing compares to the staff — the team is outstanding and made us feel truly at home. I cannot wait to return to this hotel.”
