“Stayed at Aloft before and after trekking to EBC-Gokyo. Really wonderful hotel. A great place to recover after two weeks of heavy trekking. Very clean and luxorious and centrally located in the Thamel tourist area. Very friendly staff nice ambience and good food!”
“Very helpful and friendly staffs. Front reception Ashok, Anish, Nauton, Nisha and other housekeepers staffs, kitchen staff all of them were very helpful and polite while we stayed there for 11 days. It located in very quiet place which gives peace vibe.
Sometime the AC doesn’t work makes the room really hot. It’s better for management to think about updating advance AC or new AC before guests complain about it. We had to changed the room couples times because of AC didn’t worked properly.”
“The staff were the high;ignition of this hotel. They bent over backwards to ensure my comfort. For example, when I asked about an upgrade, they quickly upgraded my room to one of their “modern” rooms. Once I moved into this superb room my satisfaction was guaranteed. The included breakfast was small but very adequate with fresh juice, fruits, and many other local as well as western dishes. I really loved the coffee.”
