“I stayed in this hotel I was feeling so fantastic and good service so that I recommend to all visit once time at this hotel as well airport pickup and drop off everything services was available there I want to go again there for stay”
“Unfortunately not a very good hotel. The air conditioner is blowing right in the bed, making it impossible to turn it on when you sleep. And when you turn the AC off there is no air left in the room. And unfortunately, it is not possible to open the window. So no ventilation in the room at all. When you shower the water from the shower goes into the bedroom. And you can smell mold in the room. The staff was however very friendly and tried to help us, but in the end, we had to change the hotel....
“Stayed at Aloft before and after trekking to EBC-Gokyo. Really wonderful hotel. A great place to recover after two weeks of heavy trekking. Very clean and luxorious and centrally located in the Thamel tourist area. Very friendly staff nice ambience and good food!”
“This is not a five star hotel. Basic amenities such as conditioner in bathroom (could not be ordered) toilet paper and juice at breakfast is missing. Staff likeable.
Large Cockrouge in room. Where there is on there is more. Not coming back.”
