We stayed at the villa - there were some things that needed to be upgraded or fixed like the window sill.
I would stay there again but probably stay at the boutique hotel and not the panorama suites.
Hotel staff were very nice and helpful especially the porters. They carried our luggages to the villa where you have to take many steps down. We had a great welcome from Hailey. â

During our stay there was a major blackout on the whole Island but the staff handled it very good and professionaly. We enjoyed a tasty breakfast at the calderaside every morning before going into the fantastic pool. We are more than satisfied and would love to stay here again. âWe stayed in the Teo Honeymoon Suite at George & Joanna Suites for two nights. The room itself was gorgeous. We appreciated all of the small touches (a bottle of wine, fresh fruit, some pastries!) when we arrived. The property is just a block from the shops and restaurants and the caldera. We wandered up for the beautiful sunsets, and then enjoyed a beverage on our private terrace.

Its a 11min walk to the city fira with is perfekt. You have your privacy and if you like you take a walk to the city. Defenetly coming back next year.â
