Nya ägare! Nya möbler och nya sängar! 10 sovplatser. Master bedroom svit (king size-säng) med propan spis och solrum (3 säsong-inte vinteriserade) av den som har 2 enkelsängar i det, ett drottning rum och ett rum med 2 uppsättningar enkelsängar (topp bunk viktgräns på 125 pund).
Stor östlig egendom med fantastisk direkt väst solnedgångsutsikt.
Huset är väldigt tyst och har en härlig skärmad veranda. Perfekt för familjen middagar medan du tittar på solnedgången. Country kök med bänkskivor i granit och helt nya rostfria vitvaror. Kock ägs så det finns gott om matlagning! Vacker stor öppen spis och massor av familjespel. Bra dags att koppla ur! Nytt vattenbehandlingssystem inklusive ett sandfilter och ett ultraviolett filter. Vardagsrummet har 2 nya läder soffor. Rum luftkonditionering i sovrummet, vardagsrum och kök. Adirondack nätter är coola och en bris genom ett öppet fönster med skärmen är vanligtvis allt som behövs. Stora fans bara i rummen utan luftkonditionering. Utanför däck med stor Weber grill. 30 steg till båthus utrustad med kanot och 2 stå upp paddle boards. Ta med dina egna livvästar! Vi har några som kan användas men de kanske inte är rätt storlek. Ny utomhusbelysning installerad längs trappan och portarna till bryggan och soldäck. Ytterligare lampor på bryggan för nattlivsfiske. Ägarens båt ligger i båthuset men ingår ej i uthyrning. Det finns utrymme att docka din egen båt på utvändig brygga med säkrade piska. Dessutom finns en förtöjning av kajen. Lokala marinor tillgängliga för båtuthyrning. Lake George Water är kristallklar och perfekt för grunt och djupt vatten simning samt fiske.
Six Flags Great Escape och inomhusvattenpark bara 12 miles away samt fabriksförsäljningarna i Lake George för shopparna i din grupp. 8. 5 miles till Lake George Village. Adirondack Extreme Adventure Course halvtimme bort. Buck Mountain trail huvudet 1 mil upp vägen.
Strikt Rökfria policy inuti huset såväl som i den skärmade verandaen. Designerat rökning område på uppfart med säkerhets askkoppar. Inga husdjur tillåtna. Lakan och handdukar tillhandahålls för en tilläggsavgift på 100 dollar. Medtag egna strandhanddukar.
Bifogad till huset är en helt separat lägenhet där hyresvärden ibland stannar. Hyresvärden är där för att hjälpa, inte att intrånga. Hyresvärden kommer inte ha sjö privilegier medan hemmet hyrs.

The trip was about 2.5 hours, cost about $23 per person and traveled from the southern point of the lake to about half way north. There is a snack bar but I did not visit it. There is commentary talking about the history of the lake, area and some of the houses. It was a very relaxing and pleasant way to spend the afternoon.

Family reunion vacation

We were very pleased with the accommodations. Easy check in and check out, beautiful views and lovely waterfront. The welcome packet was very thorough and concise so made it easy and knew what to expect. Deb was very kind and helpful. Communication was great. We had a wonderful time!

Amazing Waterfront Property!

We loved our stay. From start to finish, the home and lakefront amenities were fantastic. The views from the deck and screened porch were breathtaking. The master bedroom with attached private glassed in porch provided a quiet escape to read a book or take a nap. Eating dinner on the porch with the sound of the water. Having breakfast on the water at the boathouse deck. It was our first time visiting Lake George, and we will be back!

Paradise in upstate New York

We’ve been coming to Lake George for many years. We love this property because of its traditional lakeside cottage feel, but with much nicer amenities than most. The new dock and swim platform are awesome. The house was very clean, and very well maintained. Sisters Deb and Sabina are great hosts, always available and prompt with responses. We will be back again and again.

Everything you could ask for!

The reason I marked “accuracy of property description” with a 4 is it has better features that are not even mentioned! For one thing, the hallway bath has both bathtub AND shower. Also another bedroom was not even listed! It has a single bed and roomy closet. The new covered dock is spectacular! It should be pictured. Our adult children and a granddaughter enjoyed the paddle boards. There were plenty of life vests to fit everyone. The view is gorgeous. Not just at sunset. We always ate on the screened porch.

Lakeside relaxation

The house is well built and neat. The beds and bunks had good quality mattresses and both bathrooms were clean and well constructed. The screened in porch was spacious and had thoughtful sun shades which are great as the afternoon shadows lengthen and the shine off the lake reflects at a low angle. The dock was solid and the roof top space was excellent for cocktails. The walkway up to the house from the dock was lovely with a Mediterranean feel due to the combination of stonework and plantings. The driveway was well marked and the house was easy to find. The street level overflow parking was a nice bonus. Our group had a wonderful time and Sabina’s information was accurate and up to date. Sabina communicated expectations clearly and was a fantastic host.

Perfect Lakefront Home

Lake George vacation

Everything was perfect. The place is love just like all the pictures show. It lists as 3 bedrooms but there’s a small room our grandson stayed in his pack snd play so it was perfect. We were there over 4th of July and enjoyed seeing fireworks from the deck The host was always extremely responsive

Gorgeous lakefront property with incredible views!

We had the best weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing lake house! We were two families for a total of 10 people and we had plenty of space to play, eat and relax. We loved having access to the floating dock, canoe and paddle boards. It made the lake that much more enjoyable! Sabina and Deborah were excellent hosts and were very responsive. Thanks for a fabulous weekend!

Perfect Family Spot!

Our 3 generation family enjoyed a great long weekend! The house was a perfect fit and the location couldn't be beat; close enough to the village for easy access but far enough away to enjoy the peacefulness of the lake. We enjoyed so many little perks the house had to offer including darts, paddle boards, canoe, games, wood-burning fireplace and the amazing screened in porch! 5 stars and would definitely recommend for any family looking for a Lake George vacation home!

Great spot right on the water

My husband and I have been coming to Lake George for years just the two of us. Now it was time to bring the family to show them what it’s all about. This was a perfect affordable lake house right on the water with a great kitchen to cook in and multiple decks to enjoy the lake!

Beautiful lake property

The house and property have obviously been maintained and updated with care, and furnished with the comfort of guests in mind. The new master bath is lovely, and the home is cozy but at the same time has amenities not found at many lake houses. Our family group of 9 was very comfortable. I wish all hosts were like Sabina, who is very responsive, thorough and informative. We won’t hesitate to vacation here again.

Great spot - awesome location and amazing views

We loved the "cabin!" It has so many areas to enjoy with multiple porches looking at the water. The dock house area has it all if you like watersports. We rented a boat from FR Smith and kept it multiple overnights with no problem. Can't say enough about this house and setting. Sabina and Deb are great communicators and hosts. 5 star!

Cozy with great views

Overall, enjoyed our stay very much. The house is very warm/cozy, comfortable and clean. Very nice kitchen and living room. Master bedroom is awesome with separate private room attached to hang out in, play guitar, etc. but there is a slight noise from the floor in one corner (apparently from a septic pump). Can be disturbing at night but alleviated if you put another fan on. There are great views from the boathouse deck and docks and some from the kitchen and patios. Current tends to be very rough in this area so can be a little difficult with boat. Generally very quiet, private and peaceful. Close to great hiking trails and small general store. Great getaway and hosts very nice and receptive.

Location, location, location!

What a beautiful spot overlooking Lake George. Screen porch has amazing lake views; boat dock is convenient and well-laid-out. Highly recommend you bring a boat for the full experience. Sabina and Deb were very responsive to our needs.
