“Hotel was an older property, in a quiet part of Lihue.
Room was in reasonable condition, the room was clean but showed some of the age of the property but don't think that is an easy fix and was part of the charm.
The room fridge was very helpful, as was the small amount of utensils provided.
All the staff were very friendly and kind. Was able to store luggage prior to check-in and after check-out which was a big help. The coffee available was good and an added bonus.
Parking was limited but...

The rest in my opinion falls short of the 4 star, $500+ per night (with all the taxes and fees) hotel. I would give it 3.75 stars but there is no such option. Some areas are dated. You can tell the hotel tries to maintain them by painting stuff over but it shows. For me the worst were supply and return grills for the A/C unit. Very dirty. We actually had been turning the A/C...
“Fantastic place, large rooms that are neat and clean. Some parts are a bit outdated but for us that wasnt a problem. Friendly and helpful staff, quiet place and a nice pool area. Very highly recommended!”
