“Loved the property and the stay, except the drinks. The drinks were very poor quality. However, upon completion of our stay we discovered that our 7 night stay was ineligible for Grand Hyatt Rewards. We received a very limited number of points we spent. We spend thousands of dollars on a dream vacation and received virtually nothing through the reward program. Very disappointed with our World of Hyatt experience.”
“Everything is more and less closed after 9 in the evening and the service level is poor for being a luxury resort. If service was on same level as the resort it sealf it would have been more than excellent. Moreover, they had No guards on bech or pool and food was of low level. We did however have a great vecation on this wounded full iland of Kaua’i.”
“Hotellet hade egentligen allt man kunde önska sig (även om jag som icke-golfare hellre hade velat bo närmare Hanalei centrum)... däremot var hotellpersonalen (i synnerhet två kvinnor som jobbade som concierge) sanslöst arrogant och ointresserad av att hjälpa till. Min erfarenhet av att ha rest runt under fyra veckor på Hawaiiöarna är att personalen är inte särskilt serviceorienterad (till skillnad från många resmål i Europa, Asien och USA i övrigt) och trevlig. De får väl tyvärr tillräckligt...
“I arrive just before the hurricane. The staff was absolutely incredible doing all they possibly could for us. I had to extend an extra day and they accommodated me bending over backwards I could not be more pleased and impressed with the staff in particular, especially at reception.”
