Lyxhotell i Kauai

“Ett fantastiskt fint resort med mycket bra restauranger på området. Himmelriket i några dagar, men finns inte så mycket i närheten så det är bara att hålla sig på resorten. Men det är helt underbart fint så i upp till 5 dagar kan man nog hålla sig road bara där.”

“From the concierges, to the valets, to the poolside wait staff, to the housekeeping, the hospitality was wonderful! We made the mistake of doing Uber instead of a rental car. Not the smartest idea considering it is really easy to get an Uber from the airport to Princeville, but very hard to get an Uber while at the hotel. The valet manager and staff were very helpful in arranging other transportation for us, and even drove us to and from the hotel to the the Princeville Market so we could try...

“We were at the top floor over looking the pool and the bay/cove. Room was very spacious and engineered (laminate?)flooring helped great deal. Somehow this room didn’t have the balcony like others but didn’t miss it with large open doors, etc. great restaurants nearby both pricey(mid) and budget. Many restaurants in Lihue with in 10 mil radius. Poipu was way too crowded when visited. If want calm less hectic, thus would be the one. Great grounds away from the beach with lots of native plants...

“Everything is more and less closed after 9 in the evening and the service level is poor for being a luxury resort. If service was on same level as the resort it sealf it would have been more than excellent. Moreover, they had No guards on bech or pool and food was of low level. We did however have a great vecation on this wounded full iland of Kaua’i.”

“Hotellet hade egentligen allt man kunde önska sig (även om jag som icke-golfare hellre hade velat bo närmare Hanalei centrum)... däremot var hotellpersonalen (i synnerhet två kvinnor som jobbade som concierge) sanslöst arrogant och ointresserad av att hjälpa till. Min erfarenhet av att ha rest runt under fyra veckor på Hawaiiöarna är att personalen är inte särskilt serviceorienterad (till skillnad från många resmål i Europa, Asien och USA i övrigt) och trevlig. De får väl tyvärr tillräckligt...

“We appreciated the staff during our stay—they were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Unfortunately, the property itself was not what we expected based on the photos. The hotel appears quite dated and in need of significant maintenance. There was a strong sewage odor near the pool area during our stay, which made spending time there unpleasant. The hotel was also undergoing extensive fumigation, and many hallway wall panels and trim pieces had been removed, giving parts of the property...
