Fabulous Waterfront Cottage, stor fyra säsong hem / stuga ligger bara 1½ timmar från GTA på Mitchell Lake och länk med Balsam Lake utan ett lås. den har en fantastisk solnedgång.
Detta är en stor rymlig, Great Lake View, 5 sovrum stuga allt på en nivå och perfekt för alla åldrar familj och vänner. Den har 7 bäddar (två drottningar, tre dubbelrum, två bäddsoffor med tre tvättrum och 2 kylskåp och central AC) alla nödvändigheter för att bekvämt vara värd för 12 vuxna. Perfekt för utökade familjer eller större grupper. allt linne ingår och bytas på varje bok, fräsch och fin ren. Det ger obegränsad gratis WiFi.
Stor 430 ft djup nivå mycket bra för massor av utomhusaktiviteter, kväll vid eldstaden, spel etc. Inkluderar brygga, eldstaden, utemöbler, grill och parkering upp till 8 fordon på över 120 fot lång uppfart.
1 stort fullt utrustat kök. Underhållningscenter, Ljudsystem, Öppen spis. stor brygga för båtar, promenad till närbutiker och restaurang. Tvångsugn och AC, djupt borrat brunnsvatten. Large property with beautiful deck for sitting by the water. Loved the sunset views! Family friendly cottage with great floor plan with everything on one level. Covered table area outside great for shade during the day and playing cards at night. Water was clear but weedy for swimming out past dock. We enjoyed fishing in the canoe and kayaks. Our family had a fun week enjoying the sunshine and relaxing by the water.

Great cottage. Really enjoyed ourselves.

We had a group of 12 (8 adults, 4 kids) stay here and we had a great weekend. There were more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for us to be comfortable, and the open concept main area was spacious. The property is very large with a gorgeous walkout and deck towards the lake. We loved the fire pit close to the lake! We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to hopefully renting this cottage again.

Kirkfield cottage by the river

We had a great stay in the cottage. Richard was very helpful to walk us through the details and was responsive throughout. We really liked the place, it was cozy, clean - the outside propane fireplace was really good place to hangout. We were able to do some light fireworks beside the water area on new year's eve. Would very much like to explore this place again in summer time to use the kayaks, boats and bicycles provided with the cottage.

weekend away

Less private then we anticipated, but great time. Nice docks chairs, decks to hang out. Kayaks were great. paddle boat wasn't working to the disappointment of some of our group. Bicycles were nice to have as well.

Great Trip

We had a great time at this property. The outdoor space is exceptional - plenty of space for large groups and the swing set and flat lawn was perfect for young kids. We enjoyed fishing, canoeing, biking and hanging by the 2 docks and gazebo. Unfortunately the paddle boat was broken but Richard was prompt to assess the issue and order replacement parts. Indoors, we found the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms clean. The beds, pillows and linens were comfortable. One of the sofa beds do not pull out but this wasn't an issue for us as the couches were comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning next year.

Kirkfield Caper

Getting information about the facility, directions and checking through Vbro was frustrating and unduly complicated by their security issues. When finally able to communicate with the host, things improved and he was very helpful. Property itself was as advertised; house was well equipped and very comfortable. Amenities such as the barbecues, lawn furniture, and watercraft were plentiful and readily available. The grounds were extensive, well maintained and in our estimation, the best feature. The view out on the lake was beautiful and the calling of the loons was awesome. The only real disappointment was that the lake had a mucky bottom and was totally congested with weeds, making swimming almost impossible, especially for small children. Otherwise, our holiday was very enjoyable.

Out To Lunch Bunch

Great place to get away and unwind. Great location and close enough to Fenelon Falls and Lyndsay for shopping. Beautiful waterfront and enough trees for shade. Enough room to sleep 9 adventures seniors.

Family Birthday

This cottage was all that we expected and a bit more. The listing is very accurate. The owner was quick to respond to our texts when we had questions. We were a group of 7 adults and 3 children (4 generations) and it met all of our needs. We would love to return.

Fantastic weekend

The cottage was absolutely beautiful and exactly how it shows in the pictures. The property was well maintained and was extremely clean when we arrived. The host was fantastic and cared to any question or concern that i had prior to our stay and for the whole weekend he were there incase I needed him. Overall 10/10 stay and we look forward to going back in the future!

Cozy Cottage with Stunning Exterior!

We had a fantastic stay at Richard's property. The cottage was well-stocked with essentials and we had a very comfortable stay. The cottage itself is cozy, but the real showstopper is the backyard. There's a covered electric firepit, as well as an unconvered firepit by the water. There are kayaks, canoes and a paddle boat available for use. The dock is a great place to watch the sunset as well. Will definitely return! The karaoke machine was a personal highlight!

Excellent location and a comfortable cottage.

Two families with adult kids shared the cottage over Thanksgiving weekend. We enjoyed it immensely. The cottage was close to hiking trails and trail riding by horseback . The kayaks, bicycles and firepit were well used. The host responded to questions quickly. Highly recommend.
