Welcome to Kaysville Cottage — a comfortable, fully furnished home designed for families to settle in, spread out, and enjoy their time in Northern Utah.

Whether you're visiting family, spending the day at Lagoon, hitting the slopes, relocating to the area, or simply looking for a comfortable home base, the Cottage gives you plenty of room to relax between adventures.

The main floor features an open living space and a large, updated kitchen stocked with the essentials you'll need to cook meals at home. Step outside to the fully fenced backyard — great for kids, approved pets, or simply enjoying some time outside.


Family Movie & Game Room

Head downstairs for movie night on the huge 80"+ Smart TV, challenge someone to a game of foosball, or settle in and relax after a busy day. We're continuing to make this one of our favorite spaces in the house, with a cozy movie-night setup the whole family can enjoy.

At the end of the day, settle into one of three bedrooms:

The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

Bringing a Pet?

Pets are welcome with prior approval. Send us a few details about your pet (type, breed and size), and we'll let you know if we're able to accommodate them. A $150 pet fee applies per stay.
