“The rooms had lots of storage space for luggage. Beds and pillows were a bit hard but ok. No safe to lock valuable stuff in. Dinner was good but serving hours a bit short. Not the best service in the restaurant and in the reception. Nice spa! ”

“Ett f.d. fantastiskt hotell. Men det har schangserat och är delvis nedgånget. Vissa delar (spa-avdelningen t.ex.) är fortfarande jättefina. Lobbyn fantastisk. Städningen på rummet var katastrof. Det värsta jag varit med om. Jag sa till flera gånger, men det blev bra först efter omstädning. Detta upprepade sig var och varannan dag. Sade jag inte till så förblev det ostädat. “We had 2 bookings with Expedia for 3 rooms at this hotel, but upon arrival, we were informed by the hotel staff that they have only received 1 booking from Expedia. Instead of throwing us out in the cold (like many other hotels would probably do), they did all the hard work for us by calling Expedia to solve this problem, which is of no fault of theirs. From our vast travel experience, we think most hotels would have expected us to call Expedia ourselves, to try and find out where our booking...

“Our host was super friendly and helpful! She replied to all our questions really quickly, gave us great tips on hiking trails, and even helped us book a taxi with a local Georgian driver who didn’t speak English. The room was perfect for the three of us—spacious, cozy, and with the most amazing view of Mount Kazbegi and the church. We really enjoyed our stay!”
