Chef’s Kitchen with Dining Room: The kitchen and dining space feature a chef’s dream kitchen. The large island glistens with a red quartz counter. It features stainless steel appliances including a gas stovetop. The cupboards and a pantry are stocked with the essentials. The dining room area features a round dining table that fits 6 guests.
Main Living Room: The main living room is part of the bright open concept main floor with large windows and cathedral ceilings with exposed beams. You will have a beautiful view of the scenic lake. There is also a smart TV that has FREE access to Netflix.
Sunroom Walkout to Patio: The glass sunroom features seating space and a coffee table to enjoy the waterfront view. Simply open the sliding doors to enter the partial wrap-around-patio patio space for additional seating.
Partial Wrap-Around-Patio: The partial wrap-around patio deck is easily accessible from both the sunroom and the main entry doors. It includes lots of outdoor seating for your group: patio swing chair, outdoor sofa, and outdoor dining table for 6. A propane BBQ is also situated on this patio.
Bedroom 1: Includes a Queen bed, dresser, and a closet. It features a bright big window. A small plug-in portable heater and fan are included.
