Over the phone and in person. The gentleman who checked us in, pronounced my last name correctly. That was big for me since in most locations there is no Spanish speaking people. “For a weekend stay for out of towners it wasn't a bad hotel. Easy to get to and they had plenty of parking. It is an older hotel so looks run down but wasn't bad. For a free breakfast they had good options for a quick bite. Pretty quite as well for how booked they were. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Parking lot has issues but it's also next to s gas station but not horrible. No issues with my car overnight or people being loud while trying to sleep.”
