“Good value for money, pretty much what you can expect from a hotel chain in this price range. Breakfast was ok, room was clean and service was good. My only complaint is that the AC in the room was very loud, even when running on low.”

“The room was spacious with nice decor and seating options. The ceiling had water stains in 2 places. The pillow were nice and comfy. I had to moved three times due to the first room AC not working properly, the second room had a heavy cologne smell like the previous guest possibly wasted or busted a bottle somewhere on the carpet. “The older black female at the desk with the short hair and the mustache was very rude she saw me and my fiancé at the desk and went to the back for an hour after we made eye contact and didn’t come back when we called for assistance to check in”

“They did not clean the room each morning, empty the trash, or provide fresh towels everyday I was there, 5 days. Asked several times for them to do it and it never happened.”

“Breakfast was very limited. They ran out of items at 0830 and refused to replenish them even though the they still had over an hour left!!! Otherwise it was ok.”

“Had a truly fantastic stay at Hampton Inn. The staff went above and beyond to fix an error that had accidentally cancelled my booking - and in record time. The hotel itself is clean and welcoming, and the rooms sizeable with comfortable beds. Next time I visit Fayetteville I will 100% be staying at Hampton Inn again. ”

“The room was clean, but televisions and door keys did not work. The reason told to me was that there was a thunder storm the day before and knocked out all the electronics and internet system. I ask for a discount and was told that Expedia would have to do that, because I made my reservation through them and not the hotel.”
