This beautiful fully restored stone house, transformed to a modern luxurious villa, is located on a panoramic hillside with amazing sea views. The villa sleeps up to 3 guests, and consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom, an open plan kitchenette and living room (with a sofa bed that accommodates one extra guest) and a dining table for 4. The outdoor area features a private pool with loungers and a sitting area where you can relax and enjoy your meals while gazing at the magnificent views.

The villa is inside a complex consisting of stone cottages, villas and studios, located in the traditional village of Tzamarelata. The place is in keeping with the traditional feeling of the island whilst at the same time offering all of the modern facilities that make your stay more comfortable.

In the complex you can find the famous restaurant run by the family - every day the menu features a delicious Kefalonian dish made with vegetables that you can find in the gardens! Although the villa offers a private pool, you can make use of the communal pool with sun loungers that the complex offers.

The stone house was transformed to a luxurious villa, combining the traditional Kefalonian exterior with a minimalist modern interior design, that reflects the light and airy location, with plenty of light and a spacious feel throughout. Prepare basic meals in the kitchenette, or have your breakfast delivered to the villa (with an extra charge) and eat at the family restaurant which prepares traditional dishes using vegetables from their garden. Relax on the sun loungers around your private pool or dine outside making the most of the stunning sea view. This villa offers a wonderful retreat with luxury, modernity and nature in harmony.
