Paradise Villa I with 3 bedrooms and a pool

True to their name, “Paradise”, the villas sit in a blissfully peaceful environment—beautiful, private, and far from the world’s distractions.

Designed as a single building divided into two independent villas, they are ideal for two separate groups or can be booked together to accommodate a large family or group of up to 14 guests.

Inside, the villas are elegantly and thoughtfully furnished, with bright, airy interiors and soothing light-toned décor. Each living area includes a comfortable lounge space with a sofa that converts into a double bed, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Villa I features three bedrooms, sleeping total of 8 guests, 6 in beds and one on the main living room sofa and another can sleep in the basement armchair-unfolding to a single bed. The two bedrooms are in the main building and a separate studio on the lower level, complete with a small kitchenette and an en-suite, accessible bathroom, with its own private entrance.
The separate basement will be available only if the guests are more than 4. Up to 4 they will be using only the main villa

Villa II sleeps max 6 guests, 4 in beds and 2 in the living room sofa. It has two beautifully arranged bedrooms in two levelsbut does not include a basement level.

Both villas provide fully equipped kitchens, BBQ, inviting living rooms, and generous outdoor spaces ideal for unwinding, dining al fresco, or enjoying the sun beside their private swimming pools.

Close to the best attractions of the island, 5min walk to the beach and 5min drive to Melissani & Drogarati Caves, Karavomylos Lake and Zervati Cave. 5 min drive to Sami and Ancient Sami and Agia Efimia villages, 15min from famous Myrtos and Antisamos beaches is the ideal base to explore the island from north to south.
