Villa Semeli is located in Katelios, Kefalonia. This detached vacation

Villa Semeli is a split level villa with three floors joined by a
central spiral staircase. Front door opens into the comfortable living
area which has a balcony overlooking the pool. The property has a
living room, large kitchen/dining area (with separate sofa bed area for
an extra person if required), two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) and 3
bathrooms. The villa have gated secured parking.

The living room is air-conditioned and has a Satellite TV, ornamental
fireplace, dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player and Free Wi-Fi.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also
a barbecue outside.

We visit Katelios every year and always stay in Agni villas. Our favourite wasna€™t available this year so we booked Villa Semeli. Great location and within easy walking distance to the beach and tavernas. Beautifully maintained with gorgeous plants and flowers in the grounds. Lovely pool and patio furniture.

Villa Semeli was lovely it had everything you could ever need home from home. The housekeeper was such a lovely lady and kept the Villa and pool area spotless she couldna€™t do enough for you, worth her weight in gold.A hamper was there on on arrival with some lovely products to see us through for a couple of days which was greatly appreciated. The owners called in just to make sure everything was ok, very nice people.

The booking through Agni was very easy & straight forward, asked a couple of questions via their on line chat and it was prompt and answered throughly, the information given was very comprehensive providing everything you’d need, will definitely use Agni again. The Villa was spotless an excellent job by the cleaner (sorry can’t remember her name) and the bottle of wine & biscuits was a lovely touch. She also popped in during the week just to make sure everything was fine which was also a nice touch. Also the pool was cleaner every morning by the pool cleaner man who came in early so not disturb our use of the pool, also he kept the garden in a lovely condition. The Villa is in a lovely position close to mini market & a lovely bakery (cakes to die for ) and only a 20 minute walk to the sea front with its great selection of tavernas .

The location and Villa Semeli are perfect for a quiet relaxed holiday. Enough far from the crowd places but still near to almost everything: local places to visit, restaurants, tavernas, bars...You need only a 10-minute drive to Skala and to a wide selection of bars, cafes restaurants, and shops. The location is also excellent for exploring other places and the local area. Within only a 15-20 minute drive you can reach Poros and Lourdata where you can enjoy their local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants... We tried great Greek specialties (Moussaka, Pastitsio, Soutzoukakia...) there. Most of the time we enjoyed at Katelios and Paralia Kaminia Beach and entrained ourselves with different activities: relaxing, sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. We found the people of Katelios very friendly and the local food tasty. We also liked their local wines, you have to try them while you are there. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa. Would highly recommend it to everybody (couples, families, retirees...).

We are glad that we choose to stay in Villa Semeli. The house has 2 very cozy rooms, with clean bathrooms and a spacious well-equipped kitchen. Lovely to sit out at the terrace and relax with a glass of wine. Almost everything is in the vicinity of walking distance...beach, restaurants, bars, but still in a calm neighborhood. During our stay, we visited Skala, Poros, and Vlachata and tried the most delicious specialties in the whole Kefalonia. Most of our time we spend at Katelios Beach ... sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. Kefalonia has become one of my favorite travel destinations and we will be back soon! Highly recommend this villa and company!

We have booked Villa Semeli at least 3 times, now for 2 weeks and each time it makes for a thoroughly enjoyable 2nd home for me and my family. Its really close to local restaurants/bars and most important to the best sandy Katelios Beach(10-15 min walk/3 min drive). It has a great private outdoor space for relaxing by the pool which is perfect for a quick dip to cool down. It has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms making it more than comfortable for my family. There is a big balcony upstairs with beautiful natural scenic views. We will miss that perfect sunset views and the memorable holiday there. All in all an excellent villa which I can highly recommend.

Once again I had the most enjoyable and relaxing holiday in Kefalonia. The cleanliness of the Villa on arrival was to very high standards. Aida was there to welcome me with her normal cheeriness and is always pleased to see me as a returning customer ( I have been visiting since 2012). Nothing is ever too much for Aida. She even brought me and the neighbouring villas lemons from her garden for us to enjoy. She is amazing. Already counting down to my next stay at the end of August.

We have just spent a fantastic week at Villa Semeli. The accommodation was excellent, very clean, well-equipped and great position. Booking through Agni Travel was very straightforward. We had excellent communication from them, both before and during the holiday. Would not hesitate to recommend Agni Travel and will definitely be using them again when booking our next holiday.
