Could be better easily
The house was in a great location. Close to Salem and in a neighborhood. It was a cute house. But needed simple things that could have made it better. There was no tv or radio and that was not advertised. The “bonus room” was a joke. The picture must have fallen of the wall and were sitting on the couch when we got there. Everything was super dusty. The blinds are broken and eye level so anyone can look at you. There are no curtains to cover the back windows (which look out at a parking lot that has a gate with no lock so anyone in the parking lot can walk up to the back window). The kitchen faucet is loose and so are the outlets. And the neighbors got into a fight and rev their engines at all hours of the night.

Very clean and spacious house, it was perfect for a small group of people visiting friends in Keizer. We enjoyed our stay, and the back yard is indeed very nice, even in December! The larger beds are fantastic, the bunk beds are okay. Couches are big and comfy if someone needs to crash on one of those. The big attic room was great, and has a pretty sweet foosball table. There isn't a single TV to be found in the house, which suited me just fine. I enjoyed the quiet, but figured someone might be surprised to find that. The only negative was the state of the cookware, which was a bit worn out. But only a bit, and there was everything I needed to cook a few meals. I highly recommend this cute little house to anyone looking to stay in Keizer and already have a few friends booking it for future stays! THANK YOU!

This property needs a TV and quiet neighbors, after telling this to property manager said someone smelled smoke inside as they came to repair furnace( no smoking and no use of furnace or notice someone would be in the home). Never using VRBO again as no one inspects anything or has accountability.

Comfortable in Keizer
This is a comfortable house that is as described and shown in the pictures. I especially liked the comfortable king sized bed with extra pillows and the backyard garden and sitting area. The foosball table was fun too!

High School Reunion
We stayed at this lovely house to enjoy our high school reunion. 3 bedrooms and a loft was perfect for my 3 best friends and I to get caught up. We loved the backyard and will cherish the memories of the 3 nights and days spent together! The only suggestion from us: kitchen pots/pans need to be update.

Our stay
Property was as described and clean. We appreciated the host working with us with our family coming and going. We were comfortable there, felt a bit weird with all the cameras. Problem we had was the microwave was not working, fridge was leaking, towel rack fell off and plug in hall bath was very loose. All these concerns were addressed with the host and Hopefully properly fixed. I am glad I caught the drops of water in the fridge as it was dripping on the box my daughters wedding cake was in. I wish communication would have been better about the deck, we did appreciate holding off painting until we were gone as we had already paid for the property.

Family get-away
We have relatives that live in Salem, so this was a perfect location to stay at for the weekend. The home was very comfortable & clean. The backyard was beautiful with great landscaping. Jessica was extremely helpful with several of our questions throughout our stay, so we would highly recommend this location to anyone!😊

Great Place to Stay!
This is a beautiful home with so much space and exactly what the posting says. Jessica is so friendly and easy to connect with. Nice and easy access to the home. Jessica even left us a Thank you card and little gift! Very sweet and thoughtful! I would recommend this home to others and definitely will rebook when in the area again!

Cozy stay!
We were in town for a couple of days. Our stay was short but it felt like home. We loved that there was the kitchen we could us to cook our meals instead of eating out. The upstairs loft was an amazing space to hang out and chat or play some board games. Jessica was a great host, we would consider staying again!

Cold House
The house was nicely appointed, cozy. Our biggest complaint was that the heating unit didn't work properly. When we arrived at 3:30 PM the house was 61 degrees, over 17 hours it was 67 degrees (the unit was set for 75). Once during our stay it got to 71 degrees, the morning we left (after 4 days) it was at 69. There were a couple of extra blankets but they were very light weight. My son bought a spacer heater so his wife and little girl could sleep. My other son and his wife left after two nights, bummer, but then there were extra blankets after that for my other boy. My wife and I had down sleeping bags we had brought on the trip for emergency, so we were comfortable with those over us. The other the comments I have is that the pots and pans are very very sad - doesn't seem like a big deal to improve. Also it would have been nice to have a television, even though we would have only had in on occasionally. Lastly the carpet was gross, lots of soiled areas, some were covered with throw rugs to mask. With the weather being so bad it was nice to have a garage and also having a washer and dryer. Having WiFi also helped make up for no television. Would be nice place to stay in the summer.

Perfect for our needs!
Very roomy for our purposes. Beds & bedding very comfortable. Dining area roomy for us. A nice supply of starter dish detergent pods & washing machine pods. Nice to have a large clothes washer & dryer ... also dishwashing machine was useful. Wish the weather was nicer so we could use the patio. The extra game room was an extra bonus to have when our younger granddaughters came to visit. Overall, we would rent again should we come to visit Salem.

A Great Weekend Getaway
Five guests. Three generations. The house accommodated all our needs. Very clean and located in an established, quiet neighborhood. Description/photos of the property and prior comments are accurate. We appreciated the backyard and BBQ. Bonus was the upstairs game room that allowed an active 5-year old to utilize, and a beautiful backyard/patio for the older generation to enjoy. Jessica was very responsive to our questions. Thank you.

Pleasant stay
Nice home and was spacious enough for 3 adults and 3 teens. Nice backyard to relax in after an eventful day. Conveniently located near grocery stores and coffee shops. The smell of the home is a bit strong as there are plug ins throughout the home, but this is a pet friendly home as noted. We bought puzzles and board games to the home. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Salem stay
My husband and I were in Salem for a one night stay midweek to visit our daughter, a student at Willamette University. The house was much more space than we needed however we were originally considering bringing our dog and found the home when searching for pet friendly homes. After reviewing a past guest stay about the yard not being fit for pets we decided against bringing our dog. Suggest if the home will truly be a pet friendly home the owners add a strip of grass to side yard. Backyard is beautifully landscaped, a relaxing deck and garden, our pup surely would have had a blast tearing up had we brought him. The house was clean and decorated nicely. The kitchen was well stocked, however because it was a glum overcast day we planned to prepare soup for dinner and shopped prior to check in, then found we did not have a stock pot or large pot to cook and had to improvise. We had a laptop to play videos and music but a tv, stereo and/or some board games would be a nice addition to the home which is otherwise well stocked for a larger family gathering.

Nice house for a reasonable price.
Stock with a few extras, like coffee and a few yogurts. A nice touch. A little hard to find in the dark, as the hedge is quite tall and the property is at an angle to the street. The use of air fresheners was heavy. At least one in every room. People sensitive to scents should be aware.

Comfortable home in nice area north of Salem
Nicely appointed 3 bedroom/2 bath home in quiet neighborhood. We spent a week here with another couple and our family pets. Easy drive to downtown Salem-about 15 mins, and several restaurants nearby. Kitchen has all the necessities, stocked with some basics, which is really appreciated. We even grilled outside on the covered patio! The living room furniture is nice, but not very comfortable, and another couch or couple of recliners would make conversation easier. Very nice dining room table with seating for 6, and a comfortable patio table for 4 outside. There is no TV (and is not advertised to have one) but would be nice to have; Wifi worked well. Beds and linens were very comfortable and nice, as were the bathrooms. Air conditioning programming needs some adjustment for comfort, especially overnight when it reset to 85. It's a pet friendly place; I would appreciate a small area of grass in the backyard--only gravel and gardens currently. Overall, a very nice home, and owner is very responsive and accommodating..
