“The hotel looked nicer in the pictures than it was in reality. Very small and worn rooms, which were damp and uncomfortable. The room was very sensitively. No paintings or any color. The bathroom was disgusting with a toilet seat that didn't fit the toilet seat. Very cramped bathroom with an old and worn shower. The double bed was only 140 cm wide. Too narrow for two persons. The public areas looked nice, but they also need renovation. The breakfast was Quitos limited. Canned tomatoes and no...

“Trevligt hotell med fin utsikt mot floden. Sköna sĂ€ngar och rymligt rum. Trevlig personal och helt ok frukost. Hotellet hade bra lĂ€ge precis mittemot stationen varifrĂ„n det ocksĂ„ gick bussar till t.ex. Grassington och Malham. Det enda negativa var att hissen var ur funktion samt att det var bröllop ena kvĂ€llen och dĂ„ var det mycket högljutt fram till midnatt.”

“The attention to detail is so lovely. Everyone was really helpful and we enjoyed the food, the surroundings and the spa. A really beautiful getaway. The female members of staff had to put up with a pretty misogynistic guest while we were there (which we witnessed at breakfast) and they kept their cool and handled his rudeness with grace and patience. A lot of friendly professionals work here and you can see they put love into their work! ”
