âFood options and drinks were great. All employees from bartender, servers, valet service and front desk service people were all very helpful and polite. Valet staff was very friendly and honest.â

â4 days. We were treated to an early check in and a late check out. They held our bags free of charge on check out until we collected them late in the afternoon. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
No breakfast was included and limited choices in lobby for food. Location was great. Close to max lines and some buses to get around.â
âStayed for six nights and didnât have my room cleaned once. Asked for cleaning three times and was promised cleaning but nothing happened.
Front desk staff was rude and also âforgotâ to order a cab to take me to the airport which almost made me miss my flight.
When you pay almost 300 USD/night you expect good service but at Hyatt Centric it was non existent. â
âPossibly the only hotel in that area where you can have a really good meal on top of having a good and clean room.
The gym is fine and options for snacks or better are good too.
This is a good hotel - happy to come back if work puts me in Portland againâ

Breakfast included but it lacked in quality and taste. Nobody in the family liked it.
Not enough towels in the room even though it was booked for a family of four. We had to get those ourselves.
Expensive parking. We were informed it was going to be $ 52 but it turned out to be $ 62. I guess itâs because the our car is oversized. Still faulty information though.
If all this is Hyatt we wonât be staying again. We put time into making an informed decision and are very disappointed about the outcome, the hotel isnât cheap either. There are plenty of hotels, especially in a larger city."
