“We stayed at Hyatt Kelowna for 3 nights and extended an extra night. Honestly the hotel is very clean with great amenities. I would definitely choose Hyatt again and again for every Kelowna visit.”

“The room was nice but the staff are rude. Upon check in, they said rooms don’t get cleaned until day 3 or as requested. That’s fine, so I asked for extra towels as we were there for a hockey tournament and knew my son would be showering 2-3 times a day. We also had 5 people in our room. The lady at check in was super annoyed she had to do this for us. After day 3, the room clean consisted of leaving 4 clean towels and making of beds. No vacuuming, sweeping or even cleaning of bathrooms. At...

“We had some problem with the AC in our room, it had a loud rattling noice. Staff checked it up and offered us another room. The AC was still somewhat noicy in this room as well but far better than first. We think maintenance did some adjustments because it was better later in the evening. Otherwise good location and friendly helpful staff. Bathrooms could need an upgrade. We could stay again.”

“The room was adequate but a bit pricey for what you get on the plus side it has quality mattress and bedding. I appreciated the extra pillows and the handy ice machine. The bathroom was tiny. The breakfast coupons didn’t cover much in the adjacent restaurant which didn’t have great food.”

“We we just needed a place to stay while on the road and the beds were comfortable. The room was clean carpet probably could've used a bit of Spot treatment and we didn't have time for the breakfast, but the staff were helpful and we were able to get into our room a little bit early, so that was always nice.”

Breakfast was okay but I burnt myself really badly on the waffle maker as the waffle got stuck and we had no utensils to get them out other then that great friendly staff and he try accommodating we will definitely be back”

“This is by far the most stylish and beautifully decorated Comfort Suites I have ever stayed at. But it falls short on a few functional.things: 1. The mini-fridge in the room is much smaller than most. Shallow shelves. Doesn't hold much, not ever an upright bottle of wine. 2. There are only 2 small, shallow drawers. Plenty of room to install a proper chest of drawers under the TV. Then longer stay guests can unpack. 3. No safety grab bars in the shower. Should have these. 4. Only place to hang...

“I recommend this hotel for a family vacation. It's very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and there's a gym and a swimming pool. The breakfasts are a bit basic, but there are plenty of cafes and other places nearby for a more substantial breakfast. Transportation is convenient. The rooms are large, spacious, bright, and clean. I recommend it.”

“Cute little place in the heart of Kelowna. We were going to an event and wanted to be close without breaking the budget. Close to different fast food and restaurants. Pool is clean and kids enjoyed that! Grocery store across the street. We were pleasantly surprised!”

“A little noisy at times hallway doors slamming people talking loudly in hallways etc. Windows were not soundproof so traffic from the streets below was loud even though the room was on the 5th floor!! Two buildings requiring initial adjustments in parking and room access after checking in. Hotel was busy so parking was in short supply but ok.”
