“Chatham House is a beautiful property ideally located close to downtown Kelowna. Our 3 night stay was absolutely perfect and we loved everything about the heritage house and staff. Every small detail of the property and our stay was thoughtfully taken care of by the owner and staff. Lola, thank you, you were absolutely brilliant. Thanks also to Janet. “Staff at front desk was very friendly and helpful. Very accommodating. The hotel hands out breakfast vouchers for the stay. The choice was very limited but can use for ungraded breakfast only with a $10 credit”

“Staff were not very friendly and the room and the bedsheets had a stale smell. Parking was safe and breakfast was ok although the refills took forever. Overall it’s just ok. Not too sure if I’ll recommend this to others. ”

“We had some problem with the AC in our room, it had a loud rattling noice. Staff checked it up and offered us another room. The AC was still somewhat noicy in this room as well but far better than first. We think maintenance did some adjustments because it was better later in the evening. Otherwise good location and friendly helpful staff. Bathrooms could need an upgrade. We could stay again.”

“I was not able to take part in the breakfast because I had a dog with me and I couldn't leave him in the room by himself. Or he would have wailed. ”

“Awesome breakfast. Great staff. Fairly new property. The pool is small but the hot tub is huge. Never used the fitness centre but it’s well equipped for a hotel fitness centre. Overall it’s a great place to stay!”

“Once we found the hotel it was excellent. Using maps to get there we were directed to a different hotel. After speaking with staff we made it to the correct location but the name on the hotel had changed to the Double Tree by Hilton. The hotel was newly renovated, beautifully clean and the staff were excellent! Highly recommended. ”
