The plush white sofa is quickly and easily turned into a sofa bed and is draped with cozy throws and paired with a modern black accent chair and side tables. A large flat-screen smart TV is mounted on the wall for easy viewing, perfect for a relaxing movie night. Soft-toned wood flooring and minimalist wall art create a clean, serene atmosphere.

Kitchen & Dining:
The modern, fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, electric range with oven, built-in microwave, and dishwasher. Ample counter space and white cabinetry make meal prep a breeze. All essential cookware, utensils, and dishware are provided. This property doesn`t have a built-in air conditioning system but there is a portable A/C unit. It`s located in the basement, so it tends to stay cool all year around. It will be very comfortable during your stay, even during the hotter months.

Each property also includes a comprehensive welcome book with everything you need to know about the home, including Wi-Fi information, property details, helpful instructions, and our recommendations for local restaurants, activities, attractions, and services.

Our goal is to provide everything you need in advance so you can settle in comfortably, enjoy your vacation, and make the most of your time in the area.

You have access to the entire suite and there is also a small table and two chairs near the entrance. There is plenty of street parking for your vehicles. Guests will not have access to the driveway or the backyard. Guest must be comfortable with street parking. Thanks!
