This place is disgusting, they recycle food items, staff is unwelcoming, sometimes even rude, food is terrible, my son and I had diarrhea since the second day, only positive is the beach and the view, I would not recommend this place to people I dislike!!!

Hotel is bad
Reception is located across the main boulevard which you get to through a tunnel. Food was average to poor. Only the salad was good with good variety. The fruits were limited to plums,watermelon and apples. Coffee from machine is poor. Fruit juices is just ready sugary juices. Not from fresh fruit. Cakes all looked nice but were stale. Most food is frozen defrosted and cooked. The same food is available every day. But one day the fish is tasty. The next day it is tasteless. Rooms are small and facing the wall of another hotel. All night loud noise from the neighbour's air conditioning extractor fan which was kindly located on our tiny balcony area. We did not sleep well at all because of the noise. Some free alcohol and cocktails available. Turkish coffee is available outside in a coffee bar. Animation was poor. Very little entertainment that I noticed. The water slide is dangerous. My son (10) tried it and got bruised badly because of a steep part followed by a hard landing on a straighter part. Beach is packed. Very difficult to find 2 chairs together. Sauna is always packed. Hammam has children playing water sports in there. Mostly Russian visitors here. Staff speak some Russian but other languages such as English no. Room was dirty and had a bad odour that was being masked with some air freshener spray. The curtains had a dirty smell. Carpets are bleach stained and worn. Lift is very slow. Easier and quicker to use the stairs.

Pro’s: 1) Great price! You can’t beat all inclusive accommodation with beach access for such a lucrative price! Breakfast only hotels without a beach access were almost the same price as Armas 2) Sea is beautiful, warm and clean. You may say the same about other hotels in the area, but this is obviously an advantage 3) Volleyball court and tennis tables were a plus. I had few excellent volleyball games 4) Personnel. Most of the personnel is welcoming and friendly Con’s: 1) Room was on almost below ground floor level and had a terrible view into dilapidated tunnel. Major walking pass was right above the room so you could hear constant chatting all the time 2) Food was mediocre to say the least. Turkish food is excellent, but you will never find this out if only consumed at Armas hotel. Variety is non-existent and it is pretty much the same every single day. 3) Reception meets you with a heavy cigarette smoke. They do not smoke at reception itself, but rather in the adjacent room. But you can’t miss how terrible it smells. 4) Customer service is non-acceptable. I had booked a room with two beds and had to ask three times two days in a row to get me a second bed or move into a room with two beds. In the end receptionist bluntly asked me why do I need two beds and why can’t I share bed with my 16 year old son? In the end I have got a bed, but this was an ordeal. 4) Smoking at the beach. There are No Smoking signs at the entrance, but no one cares or enforces it

Very enjoyable week
Overall stay was good, family enjoyed the several pools and private beach. Yes there were many Russians but honestly they caused no problem at all. Food at lunch and dinner could have been better but there was a very large selection of food and the snacks around the pool areas with fries, burgers, shawarmas, free drinks and ice cream were very good. They held a bbq, which was really good but unfortunately this was only one day in the week we stayed. Shisha (narghile) available in the garden close to the beach at an additional price was some of the best I've ever tried and the service regarding the charcoal maintenance etc was second to none. The hotel also provides watersports at an additional charge, which was really good but a little bit on the expensive side. One negative was the cleaning lady would always seem to miss something out when cleaning, replacing or restocking but overall the room and hotel in itself was clean and presentable and the staff around the hotel was excellent. The had entertainment on site but i never really watched except once and it was pretty decent. They had a disco or dance area in the evenings near the bar but this is not my thing so can't comment.

Enige wat leuk was is KEMER zelf. Hotel is meer een APPARTEMENTEN complex. Zwembaden zijn erg klein. 2 is op andere plek wat afgelegen is van het APPARTEMENTEN complex en 1 is bij de strand. WERD OOK NIET AANGEGEVEN DAT ZE APART WAREN OP DE SITE! Geen vrije plek te vinden bij de ligstoelen. Onze minibar koelde niet. Aangegeven en zou er wat aangedaan worden. IN de 5 dagen die wij verbleven nooit bijgevuld en de minibar ook niet gemaakt. Animatie was gewoon heel erg slecht. Eten was wel oke maar door drukte moet je wel lang wachten. Ook bij de bar moest je heel lang wachten. Lekker elke dag buiten in de centrum eten en drinken. Voor ons wordt het geen Armas gulbeach hotel meer. NOOIT EN NEVER. Ik zou deze hotel nooit aanraden.

Service schlecht man muss alles hinterfragen, wo was ist, wann was ist und Freundlichkeit ist hier auch nicht groß geschrieben! Zimmertür lässt sich schwer öffnen, Balkontür lässt sich nicht abschließen und dann ist der Safe auch noch Gebührenpflichtig. In der Dusche fließt das Wasser nicht ab, die Getränke sind auch Gewöhnungs bedürftig und Essen ist auch nur durchschnittlich man muss nach Würzen damit es nach was schmeckt. Hatten Familien Zimmer gebucht aber 2 Zimmer bekommen. Auf Nachfrage ob wir am Abend raus können wurde gesagt das es als neuer Tag gesehen wird,also extra kosten! Ich persönlich werde dieses Hotel nicht mehr Buchen und werde es auch nicht weiter empfehlen.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundliche & fleißig😌 Das Hotel ist sehr gut gepflegt jeden Tag gab es eine andere Programm. Das Essen war lecker und es gab jeden Tag was Neues 🙂 nur das einzige Problem ist das die Kühlschrank im Zimmer nicht so gut ist anscheinend ist es bei denen normal aber bei der Hitze braucht man gekühltes Wasser wenn man die Karte stecken lassen tut ist es einigermaßen besser aber auch nicht perfekt !

Amazing hotel with a great price per night
The view on the mountains in the morning is amazing, The food is delicious and clean. The beach is clean and Relaxing. But only few of the stuff members understand english. I used my mobile translator sometimes to tell them what i want and they where helpful. Definitely would visit again in future.

Hotels uygulaması üzerinden buldum oteli. Oda seçimi ve ücret yatırma işlemini uygulama üzerinden yaptım. Otelde bana verilen oda uygulamada aldığım oda değildi daha küçük ve çatı katı bir oda idi. Yalnız seyahat ettiğim için sorun etmedim. Ayrıca kaldığım oda ana otel binasında değildi sitede net bir şekilde belirtilmiyor. Alt geçitten geçip yolun karşısındaki ek binalarda kalıyorsunuz.. yemekleri beğenmedim, çeşitte az. Oda banyosundan sürekli kötü koku yayılıyordu. Minibar 1 adet küçük su ve 2 adet küçük gazozdan oluşuyor ve günlük yenilenmiyor, kaç gün kalırsanız kalın sadece ilk gün var. Otel çalışanları çok iyiler. Saygılılar ve ilgililer. Emekçilere sonsuz teşekkürler.. Fiyat olarak uygun ve ana binanın konumu güzel. Havuzu çok küçük ama denize sıfır.. Genel hatları ile böyle..

Friendly staff and proximity to beach
Our stay at Armas Gul Beach Hotel was delightful, primarily due to the courteous and attentive help of the staff. In particular, Sinan and Ferhat at the Reception desk were especially attentive to our needs at the time of check-in and check-out and for questions regarding the local Kemer area. We enjoyed the hotel's proximity to the beach, the watersports activities offered near the hotel's beach, the hotel pools, the variety and availability of meals and drinks, and the helpful staff throughout the hotel. We would recommend the hotel to those visiting Kemer.

В целом все хорошо . чисто и еды было много , можно было найти на свой вкус блюда . Ходили в спа - замечательно. вот с выбором номера подкачало . На сайте выбрали с хорошим видом а нам хотели дать вид на стену . Но после общение нам дали наш номер который выбрали . В начале нашего приезда обещали найти подешевле такси в аэропорт но при отъезде не кто об этом и не помнил не считая что приехали на 3 дня . То есть на ресепшене говорят, что все выполнят , все будет хорошо а выходит наоборот . После того как начнёшь предъявлять только тогда начинают что то делать.

Accueillant et à notre écoute nous avons passé une bonne semaine. Hôtel divisé en deux parties avec en liaison un tunnel passant sous l avenuevce qui permet de choisir le côté festif ou le côté calme. Pour les repas et les boissons vous pouvez manger et boire de 7 h 00 à 23 h 00. Merci pour l accueil.

Güzel bir üç gün dört gece geçirdik.çocuklu Aileler için ideal, tüm gün animasyon ve etkinlikler mevcut, Türk günü hariç yemekleri vasattı. Ancak bizim gittiğimiz dönem için mi böyledi bilmiyorum ama otel Rus doluydu böyle oluncada ruslara daha çok hitap eden bir otel görünümü vardı. Odamızda kısa süre karınca vakası vardı ama halloldu.otelin sahili güzel, şezlong şemsiye sıkıntısı yok. personellerin nedense yüzleri gülmüyor mutlu değiller.

-9Merhabalar Sarper Bey, Tuncer Bey ile görüştüğünüz istinaden otelden bir sorun olmadığını ve sorun çözüldüğünü tarafınızdan iletildi, otelde ana restoranda sadece sıcak ve soğuk 20-35 çeşit yemekleri bulunmaktadır, tatlı çeşitleri hariç.. her tada ve zevke göre yemeklerimiz mevcüt. Hafta da 1 Türk Gala gecesi mevcut. Yine de yorumunuz dikkate alınmıştır. Değerlendirme için de teşekkür ederiz.

Good value fr the price
good location, perfect sea, leck of animation and night entertaintment food-drinks and service needs to be improved. Generally good value for the price.
