Sizler oda resimlerini dikkate almadan açıklamada yazan 1 çift kişilik 1 ranza Veya 2 çift kişilik yatak açıklamasına bakarak odanın 1+1 olduğunu yorumlamışsınız, halbuki odanın açıklamalarında metrekaresine kadar, tek bir oda olduğu gibi tüm bilgiler var. Sizlerin kötü bir deneyim yaşamanız bizleri de son derece üzmüştür, bu nedenle de Expedia ve Hotels.com üzerinde oda açıklamasında bulunan "1 çift kişilik 1 ranza Veya 2 çift kişilik yatak " ibaresini "1 çift kişilik 1 ranza" şeklinde düzelttik. Konuklarımız tarafından bir 2 çift kişilik yatak olunca 2 oda olması gerektiği yönünde bir yorum yapılmaması için. Sizden de böyle bir yoruma mahal verdiğimiz için özür dileriz.Evet sivrisinek tüm sahil kesimlerinde olduğu gibi burada da mevcut, ama bunun önlemleri de mevcut. Ben ve ailem 6 senedir burada tesis içerisinde yaşıyoruz ve bu bölgede yaşayan binlerce insan mevcut, hem tesis marketimizde hem de tüm marketlerde sivrisinek losyonları, tablet veya sıvı sivrisinek kovucular var ve gayet işe yarıyor bizde tüm hayatımızı dışarda geçiriyoruz.İzolasyon konusunda haklısınız, zaten o nedenle de bu odalarımız daha ekonomik. Ancak bu restore edilmiş 90 yıllık eski bir taş bina ve orijinaline göre restore edildi tüm zemin ve zemin taşıyıcıları ahşaptan olduğu için eski konaklarda olduğu gibi yürüme seslerini geçirmektedir. Sizler gibi, bu konuda hassas olan konuklarımız olabilir, onlarında Taş bina 4 kişilik odaları tercih etmemesi daha yerinde olacaktır, Diğer odalarımızın hepsi Bungalov ve tek katlı olduğu için böyle bir rahatsızlık yaşanmamaktadır. Dear Mr. Mohammed, Thanks for your time and thanks also to help us for explain or self to our other future guests. We do not totally undurstand what you mean with services but, in 1 km distance we have 9 restaurant and a small shoping point, and yes we are in mountains, you can see from our photo and explanation that we are in verry quiet are in the middle of the nature. For the freezing subject, it is verry strange, you ask me and ı explaine that you need to open the AC for heating but you leave and never come back, and you have 2 ac in the room it's take 5 min. to warm up and the room will be 27 celsius degree. probably you never use the ac to heat in your home town, the same for the bathroom. We are verry sad for this situation, and misleading is a serious accusation who we absolutely do not accept. This is a family business, and we are all living in this land, ı take all the photo my self. As a family, we definitely do not whant anyone to have a negative memory here, we would like to welcome you again and change your impression, because this place is really a corner of heaven. Hello Alexander, Hope you are back safe to your country after your long trip during the pandemic in Turkey, and hope also that whole family is well. I was a little bit shocked when I read your comments. - First for the cleaning issue, it is written in the rooms that regarding our environmental policy that we make cleaning only when you ask, and i told you this also to you. And you never ask for it? - For the pool, we fit every day with mineral source water from the mountain and it is also written that t is a natural spring water pool, the same water that you drink every day during your stay. And for sure there is a filtration system, we test also the water. - For the grass, to keep it green and good we irrigate 2 time a day, every morning early and evening just the time that probably you tray to play on it. - İf there was something broken in your room (it can happen) why you didn't tell me ı have spare part i could change it in 10 second. - For the sockets and switches, the stone building that you stay is a 150 year old stone building who was restored and yes, for this reason the switches in your room is positioned only on the new wall. - For fridges and kettles, it is also written every where also on our web side that we do not have these in our rooms, And you try to use this hotel like an Apart room, you made many shopping and for sure it was a problem for you to keep everything in the hotel room. Normally we do not accept this kinde of thinks in our hotel but we show understanding for you spatial situation because of the pandemic. - For the food, the average price of our meals is around 4€, all of our guest (expect you) think that our meals are very cheap regarding the quality and the size. And finally every day ı was asking you if you need something and if every think was ok. instead of writing after like this, you can always say yor complaints to me directly. And even if you was asking me to leave because you are not happy here ı would be happy to pay back. Your situation is like this, you order a meal and you eat all of it and after you say that it was very bad.. There should be more moral in this story. Now you can understand why ı was shocked.
