“The rooms are very small. The sink is located in with the main room, not within a bathroom. They do not have 24/7 complimentary coffee. The breakfast was pretty good for a hotel buffet. The pool is tiny and everything in that room is rusted and it is very hot and humid. They definitely have a humidity control issue. We stayed 4 days and had to change out our own trash, ask for towels etc. all but 1 day. Overall, location is convenient and it is clean, just poor upkeeping.”

“Good: Phenomenal location, pool with hot tub (required reservations, but the views and atmosphere was wonderful), nice room, great restaurants, both in the hotel and at the top of the mountain
Needs improvement: Room was cold -- we tried to increase temp, but it stayed cool the entire stay; room had no desk or table -- we had work to do and had to relocate to find a place to do it
Overall it was a wonderful stay”

“Our first room the door wouldn’t latch, so they switched us to the second room and heater didn’t work , finally the third room was good , except no remote for the TV !”

“Personalen gjorde vad de kunde föra att göra det så bra som möjligt i bemötandet. Tyvärr för stora problem med: inget varmvatten, frukost var ojämn, inget automatiskt byte av handdukar samt poolen fungerade en dag enbart. Positivt med transport till flygplats från hotellet utan kostnad.”

“With taxes, etc our room cost us over $400. We were definitely disappointed. Yes, the hotel is in a convenient location, close to restaurants and across from The Captain Cook (which we had reservations for the next night). We arrived from a very long day of travel and wanted a soda or bottled water… not one vending machine in the place. The beds were comfortable, the kitchenette was unnecessary, the curtains weren’t sun blocking. The gal at checkin was very nice.”
