“A wonderful location, beautiful view, spacious room. However, our room's thermostat was not working and we could not lower the heat. Nor could we turn off the heat from blowing. It was evening time when we realized this and needed to go to sleep. The room windows can only be opened a couple of inches so cool outside air could not be meaningfully brought in. We contacted guest services who said other guests in the hotel were reporting the same issue and a maintenance worker would visit the room...

“The hotel was undergoing some renovations. The TVs were not working on either night of my stay. If the TVs had been Smart TVs connected to the internet, the issue could have been avoided. It's difficult to say what the rating would be after the renovations.”
