“Not very clean in the room and toilet,curtains was hanging off the runner's. There are 2 main roads each side of the hotel and it was very noisy.when booking they did say they didn't have a car park,but it was ok to use the hotel across the road,there isn't an hotel across the road.the only parking was a cricket club 500mtrs plus down the Rd to park at”

“House is clean and tidy. The kitchen has everything we need. Water pressure and temperature in all bathroom are perfect. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The heater in ground floor got very loud noise after few hours central heating been turn on. Need to turn up the heating,(e.g. from 0 to 2, from 2 to 3)to stop the noise. There were high pitch "beeps" from ground floor which woke everyone in house at 3am and 3:30am on the first night. Sounds like the smoke detector but we were not sure. However,...

“There were an INSANE amount of communications, but they were unable to articulate exactly where this place was located, including not including the room number, which made it extremely difficult to find, and that there are an INSANE amount of steep stairs. "Excellent country hotel, not too far from Windermere. Seems to be a dog and dogowners haven! I really liked the presence of the cute dogs. Surroundings very lovely. Please be aware that there are no restaurants in the vicinty and hotel has limited capacity in theirs. After a full day on the lake we came back to the hotel and no dinner😡"
