Parts have been ordered for the side door and we are waiting for it to arrive. Ice machine has been looked at and the contractor is looking for the parts it needs. I also apologize for the power outage, the storm blew a fuse at our pole and AEP was not able to get to us and restore full power until after 11am. The lights that were on in the hallways and lobby were our emergency lights. There was nothing maintenance nor my staff could do to fix the issues until AEP restored our power. Someone has been out to look at the 2nd floor ice machine and is having a difficult time finding the necessary parts, but we are working on it. I will be sure to let my staff know that we need to be more diligent with cleaning and sweeping behind the crews that are in house especially with all the storms in the area. I assure you that my staff's well being is my top priority and I am the first one to help when needed. I understand the frustration, as it that is one of the most common stipulations most Wyndham members overlook in our rewards policies.
