“Very unclean and old. Our sheets had many runs in them. Floors dirty, room smelled. Just not a pleasant stay at all.”

“As soon as we arrived, we were greeted and given a tour by Samantha. She made my daughter and I feel right at home! Breakfast in the morning was made to order and was delicious; I sat with other travelers while my daughter slept in. This is my favorite part of the Inn experience, meeting and talking to people. The views are wonderful here and we had a very comfortable night sleep. Street noise was elevated with Bike Week happening, but Samantha provided a sound machine for the room which helped...

“Although we went up during Laconia bike week 2026, the property was still maintained. It's a beautiful area up there in Meredith. The lake is so pretty. All the amenities and areas around the lake are well kept and maintained. It was quiet, our room had a balcony which looked right out onto the lake (the lake is across the street) I didn't get to use or enjoy the hot tub or the pool but it was beautiful. I wish we weren't so busy because I would have definitely used it. The only difficult part...

“It was super sketchy looking when we pulled up. Checked in and the lobby smelled, parked car around back and it was a bit scary. Walked into room that didnt feel safe, place smelled. The bathtub was old blue and dirty. The beds had large pivots in them, I was scared to use blacklist on bedding. My daughter didnt want to spend night as it was disgusting and she didn't feel safe. We didn't go back, drive home 3 hours instead. They would not refund me any money, not even a call back. $175...

“Great place to stay on a budget”

“It’s an older property but has been nicely renovated. Staff was supportive and friendly. Everything was good during our 3 night stay EXCEPT our neighbors had a very large gathering right outside our door. 2nd night staff asked them to move, they did, and it was manageable. Our last night they were vulgar, loud, and constant until 11:45 PM. We don’t know why the staff did not enforce the 10PM quiet time. We will not stay at this property next time and take a chance our vacation would be spoiled.”

“This place is awful. The fact that they ever put any mention of “resort “ is laughable. They are a bait and switch outfit. I reserved a double bed room months ago, when we arrived they put us in a handicap accessible room because they clearly overbooked. Gave me attitude when I wanted an explanation and to be moved and only offered that I didn’t “have to stay here” as though I could find another lodging.”

“My stay was wonderful! I would stay here again in the future. The room was very clean. We had our motorcycle and they had towels set out for use on the motorcycles without being asked. This was the first place that we've stayed at that did this. Can't wait to go back in the future!”
