2 bedroomed home just steps from Kenmare town

So as to take advantage of the direct views across to the golf course, the living areas are upstairs and the bedrooms downstairs. This is a really bright and light filled property with big windows. Despite this, it offers complete privacy. The open plan first floor encompasses the fully equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting room.
The kitchen has everything you will need during your stay including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, toaster and kettle. There is a guest toilet upstairs which also houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.
The dining table has seating for 6 people and the sitting room has both an open fire and TV. It has a comfy three seater cream leather sofa, a matching armchair and another armchair with footstool. There is a little balcony with a two seater bistro set off the sitting room - a great place to watch the world go by. A little desk and stool have been provided as well as a wall of books for you to enjoy during your stay. Wifi is available free of charge to our guests.
The two bedrooms are downstairs. The Master bedroom has a king sized bed and is ensuite with an electric shower over bath. There is a heated towel rail for extra comfort. There is plenty of storage space. Double doors lead outside onto a little patio area with a two seater bistro set. Perfect to sit and enjoy reading a good book while basking in the morning sunshine. The second bedroom is a twin room with two single beds, and it is also ensuite with an electric shower.
