Inside, this home boasts all of the traditional charm you would expect including rustic hardwood floors throughout and clean white paint accents, yet you won't have to sacrifice any modern comforts like high-speed WiFi and high-end furnishings. When mealtimes come around, the updated kitchen has all of the bells and whistles needed to whip up your favorite recipes with ease including stainless steel appliances, a large island, a subway tile backsplash, and a coffee maker. Plus, the dining area is mere feet away in the same room, so the chef of the group can still be a part of the conversation.

Head downstairs and you will find a quiet living area with access to the backyard. There are plenty of board games, a table for four, a comfortable sofa, and a flatscreen TV, so everyone can gather for game nights or movies here as well. A bathroom and private washer and dryer are also available on this level.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
