This comfortable living space offers 2 large full baths, both newly updated with modern fixtures and flooring. new natural fiber bedding with memory foam mattresses and a well stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. The King master bedroom has ocean views, the queen middle bedroom has the en-suite bathroom and a desk (if you are forced to do a little work), and the large rear bunkhouse (no bunks) is perfect for kids or young adults with it's own private stairway. There are 4 twin beds (2 w/built-in nooks), and a third floor "crows nest" loft with a second living room/TV, and a couch that easily converts from a couch to a twin bed to a king sized foldout. This quiet space hast the best views in the house and is great to step away for an afternoon book read. Each bedroom has a dedicated mini-split air conditioner.

Enjoy a large private backyard for yard games or eating outside and a back patio area by the barn with 8 Adirondack chairs, a fire pit, a picnic table, and fun string lights above. We provide beach passes for Kennebunk beaches, beach chairs, beach toys and towels for your enjoyment too!

This home is situated idealy, a short 5 minute drive from the bustle of downtown Kennebunkport or to Rachel Carson preserve, 10 minutes to Wells or Cape Porpoise, 20 minutes to Ogunquit, or 30 to Portland.
