Unique Waterfront Condo at the Boatyard!

Spacious, well-appointed unit on the first floor of a unique building. Once a large working boat yard on the Kennebunk River, it has been transformed into 6 condos, each with its own nautical character. The views of the river and of the bridge into town make a peaceful backdrop for your vacation stay. Relaxing on the 4 season porch with the Jotel gas stove is cozy in winter, and bright and airy in summer. A short walk to the restaurants and shops at Dock Square, and only a mile to the Beach! Fully equipped kitchen, Keurig, wine fridge, plus full sized washer/dryer makes for an easy stay. Beach chairs and beach towels in the unit mean no bulky packing for your trip! Reserve Now!

The host reached out right away to make sure everything was as we needed and she made sure I had her number just in case we needed anything. The place was great for our winter family getaway! Had a fantastic time, and we were very close to all of the downtown shops and restaurants!

This condo is a gem!! Beautiful, modern, and clean rooms with a lovely kitchen and dining area. Gorgeous sun room with a fantastic view of the river. It is a short walk to the towns of Kennebunk and Kennebunkport which have lots of great restaurants and shops. Host was very nice and easy to reach if necessary. We all loved out stay here very much!!

Fantastic Location! A quick walk to everything that Kennebunk has to offer without the headache of finding parking. The condo is very clean and beautifully decorated. You will spend the majority of your time in the sunroom - what a view! There is a special treat for early risers, enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the town. Second year we have stayed, will be back.

This is an amazing property. Walking distance to all of Dock Square. Beautiful views of the tide going in and out. Very spacious property. Bedrooms were comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need and is spacious. Beautiful dining area.

Beautiful unit in an amazing location. Quick walk to Goochs Beach and into Doc Square. Ample parking. Unit is clean, spacious, and come with a wonderful sunroom for morning coffee, evening libations, and completing puzzles.

Amazing Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Mary’s place! She was incredibly flexible and communicative throughout, which made everything easy and stress-free. The home itself was amazing—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and refreshingly uncluttered.The location truly can’t be beat. It’s within walking distance (5 min) to Kennebunkport. We were lucky to catch the 4th of July fireworks from Gooch's beach which was about a 20 min walk away—such a memorable experience! Each morning, we enjoyed stunning views of the water, watching the tides come in and out along with ducks and seabirds. It was the perfect coastal escape, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Kport vacation

The 4 of us had an excellent stay as there were 2 king bedrooms and bathrooms attached. The 3rd bedroom was twin beds and a bath down the hall but not a problem for us as we were 2 couples. Loved the sun room with a beautiful view of the water and looking across to the bridge into kennebunkport. Would highly recommend this condo as it was easy to walk to town.

FANTASTIC!

Our family of 5 ( including a 94 year old) couldn’t have dreamed of a better stay in Kennebunkport. The house was absolutely perfect, not to mention gorgeous, and the location could not be beat ! The house had everything you could ever want and the attention to detail was amazing! We are already planning a return visit !

Cannot wait to stay here again

This is the perfect location to experience Kennebunkport. An easy walk to dock square, coffee, restaurants. The condo is very comfortable with a beautiful sunrise view of the river and dock square. This was our second stay and we hope for many more.

Location Location Location

This is a stunning property. The views across the water wake you up in the morning and the evening lights take the edge off the day Nothing missing that one could want or need. Very well stocked, clean, and oh so conveniently located. The only reason we needed a car was to go explore outside of town. Everything else just steps away. Everything worked and there was even a wine cooler there. Adding to that nice glasses, tasteful quality dishes and plenty of games. We will stay here again and again. Thank you Mary

Great Condo and Location!
