Detta nyligen renoverade historiska hem är i ett utmärkt läge på Ocean Avenue, två kvarter från Dock Square - promenad till stranden, restauranger, butiker eller längs Ocean Avenue för vacker utsikt! Huset har fyra sovrum, tre badrum, ett stort vardagsrum med separat kontor / hi, toppmodernt kök med Bosch rostfria vitvaror, bänkskivor i granit med frukostområde och matplats, platt-tv-apparater i hela, luftkonditionering och en mudroom ingång som leder till en separat stuga med två sovrum.

Det fyra sovrum huset sover 6: andra våningen har en master svit med en king size-säng och separat bad. Ytterligare sovrum: ett med en dubbelsäng, ett med en dubbelsäng och ett sovrum med en enkelsäng, samt halltvätt och badrum. Plattskärmar och höghastighets trådlöst internet överallt.

Fantastisk gäststuga 4 bäddar: det finns en tallpanel stora rum med öppen spis, stor platt-TV, minibar kök, nytt 3/4 bad, och två sovrum med två enkelsängar och luftkonditionering.

Det finns härlig uteservering och en Weber gasgrill. Huset ligger vid hörnet av Ocean Avenue och Elm Street, nära alla butiker och restauranger på Dock Square och en kort promenad till Colony Beach. Det finns parkering utanför gatan. Parkeringskort för Kennebunk-stranden tillhandahålls också. Plocka upp hummer, tillagade för dig, i närheten Port Lobster!

Location, location!!

As soon as you walk in the home feels so inviting and comfortable. The location to downtown is perfect. The bedrooms are good sized and comfortable. The couches and lounging areas are so homey and comfy. The kitchen and dining area are perfect sized. It is a spectacular house, perfect location, and the owner was wonderful! I would highly recommend this gorgeous home for your next stay in Kennebunkport!!!

Location, location, location

40 Ocean was the perfect spot for our family during KPT Christmas Prelude. We parked our cars on Thursday and didn't get back into them until Sunday. The house was clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished. We cooked two nights and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. It was surprisingly kid safe/friendly as our 18 month old grandson could cruise around without worry. And with the close proximity to town, our adult children got to do some cruising around town too while we babysat. Will definitely be booking this location again.

Wonderful in Every Way

This is absolutely the best location to everything and a very beautiful, comfortable house. We had 3 couples for a long weekend and it was perfect. The extra space and coziness of the cottage is an absolute perk. No negatives at all.

October Annual Getaway with Friends

Three couples (all part of the gray-haired set) have a yearly trip away on an October weekend. This year we chose Kennebunkport. We couldn’t have picked a better location - a block or two off the square and within easy walking distance to lots of great restaurants. THe house itself is wonderful - both full of historic charm but with wonderfully up to date facilities and lots of natural light everywhere. The second building in the back is the former art studio for a well-known artist who lived there for years. His art fills the both buildings. The studio area is great for a couple or a small family with its 2 bedrooms, bathroom and small kitchen. And it has a wonderful gas fireplace as well. It was a good spot to watch the Patriots lose another game. Took some of the sting out! In the front house, the kitchen was a great place to hang out and very well equipped. Altogether, a wonderful place to spend a weekend. And, thanks to Jamie, who always answered my questions quickly and with grace.

The heart of Kennebunkport

We were so pleased with our stay at this location. It's in the heart of Kennebunkport downtown making it so easy to get to the shops and restaurants. We loved the clean and homey atmosphere and the spacious bedrooms. All our needs were met and we hope to return soon!

Pretty and comfortable house.

It was a perfect house for our mixed age group. It was a first time visit for most of the group and it was a great success. The teens had great independence for access to the “town”. The adults had excellent lounging in the family room. The kitchen was well stocked and is recently renovated. All in all I recommend it to all.

Great house, plenty of room to host family & spread out for the holidays. Walk to town, candy store & restaurants. Upstairs bedroom were a bit cold even with the heat on but overall house was perfect.! Jamie was in contact with me throughout the stay. Fun had by all!

Perfect layout for family

We had a fabulous stay at 40 Ocean. The location and accommodation was perfect for our large family gathering. We had a blast and there was plenty of space for all of us to gather as a group or to find our own quiet spaces in this lovely home.

Great family trip to KPT

Excellent house/ location for family getaway inclusive of grandparents and children. House is clean and well appointed. The layout works well to offer space for everyone and areas for the kids to play. The carriage house was a terrific spot for a movie night and board games. Convenient walking location to town for ice cream or to watch the boats and a short drive to beach. Will stay again.

Perfect Winter Retreat

I'm sure it's gorgeous in all seasons but this was such a lovely getaway for the winter. The house is really beautifully laid out, well appointed and perfect for children in how things are situated in terms of the rooms, the furniture and having lots of clear space for them to play around on the floor with their games and toys without disturbing the set up. It's also a great location for a group because you are basically in town so people can be really independent and just walk in as they want to shop, pick things up, eat etc. Even though we were there in winter there were plenty of food options and we took beautiful long walks every day around the different beaches and preserves. Such a lovely place -- perfect for families, kids and for the off season (as well Im sure as the high season).

Excellent location, but bring your own necessities

This is a pretty house located very close to the town center of Kennebunkport. We were able to walk everywhere - shopping, restaurants, etc. The house is a nicely redone historic home and is quite comfortable. The only problem was that they have stopped providing bath soap & shampoo due to Covid, which was a surprise to us. You may want to bring your own TP as well, since they only provided one roll per bathroom and would not bring any more.

Great property in prime location

This house was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it. We will stay here again. House was very well appointed and had many modern conveniences. Easy and comfortable living right in the heart of Kennebunkport. Big bonus was parking for 4 cars in the driveway. So easy to walk to stores and restaurants in town.

Perfect stay in Kennebunkport

This is a lovely home with a separate cottage situated adjacent to Dock Square. It was perfect for our family of 3 generations attending my nephew’s wedding. Kitchen is very well appointed with cookware and serve ware adequate for a large group. We loved our stay!!
