âThe Innkeeper, Carmen, is very personable and really relates with the guests and their needs. A very nice and quiet place with understated class.â
âEtt fantastiskt trevligt Inn (Bed & Breakfast), so Ă€gs och drivs av Bill och hand familj. Bara 7 rum, alla olika och en hĂ€rlig frukost som Bill sjĂ€lv lagar varje morgon. Bara nĂ€rodlade varor och Ă€ggen kommer frĂ„n hans egna lilla farm. Ligger pĂ„ bekvĂ€mt promenadavstĂ„nd frĂ„n Kennebuunkport centerum ca 10 min promenad. VĂ„r sömn var god och hade ett relativt stort rum. Parkering finns precis utanför huset och ingĂ„r.â
âThe 1802 House is a charming bed and breakfast in beautiful Kennebunkport. Juliana welcomed us and was a truly wonderful host. The inn is lovely and breakfast was top rate. Our only complaint is that our stay was so short! We would absolutely stay at The 1802 House again when in Kennebunkport amd would recommend a stay there to family and friends. â
âBeautiful old house on quiet street within walking distance of Kennebunkport centre. The house is full of character and has welcoming hosts. The room (The Study) was downstairs and we were the only guests that night, so was very peaceful. Breakfast was cooked by Chris and was delicious.
Will definitely stay here again when we have the chance. â
âI liked that at night the only way to get into the hotel was with a swipe card, nobody works at the front desk during those night hours so I felt safe. Parking was great and just walking in the area around to get to the restaurants and shopping was really easy.â

Good breakfast, nice cappuccino from the machine all day, quiet, and well kept. Close to the quaint little center and the gorgeous beach. â
âWe attended a wedding at the hotel from the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and inviting. The grounds provided plenty of seating areas for sitting quietly or with family. Our grandson loved the children's club an unexpected bonus. Latitudes was a great place for lunch as was marketplace for coffee. Our room was excellently appointed. Loved that we could walk into town and avoid the traffic. Overall just a great place to stay.â
âEtt hotell en bit ifrĂ„n centrum, man mĂ„ste ha bil för att ta sig nĂ„nstans (gĂ€ller ju mycket i USA) Trevlig personal men lyhört och inget frukostrum alls, man Ă„t ute eller tog med sig en bricka till rummet. Ingen imponerande frukost. Positivt med en liten pool pĂ„ omrĂ„det, men den var ganska sliten.â

âFamily friendly, full of amenities. Excellent spot for families, not for couples looking for quiet or pool space. Bicycles available to ride to beach or town.
Rooms have doors with windows so that people/kids walking by look right into the room. Pool is full of kids and is part of a pool membership which includes more kids than normal.â
âThe view is stunning!! It has a really nice pool with comfy seats. The hotel itself is relaxing and quiet. There is a ton of history and itâs so interesting to read about it. The rooms look old-fashioned, but itâs part of the vibe. It was nice that they had coffee and muffins every morning, and you could go out on the big giant porch and just sit and relax and look at the ocean as you drink your coffee.
