Carriage House 2 BR Apt i centrala historiska distriktet

Helt renoverat under hösten 2019 byggdes detta vagnshus ursprungligen av den välkända arkitekten Frank Furness 1884 som vagnshallen för hans Chalfont herrgård. Medan vi har behållit denna historiska karaktär inklusive trägolv, valv och mer, har vi lagt till toppklassiga uppgraderingar inklusive det uppvärmda kakelgolvet i badrummet, ett helt nytt gourmetkök, arbetsstation och bekväma sängar med lyxiga sängkläder. Denna lägenhet är en våning och har 2 sovrum med angränsande badrum, kök, matplats och vardagsrum med utdragbar soffa. Allt detta bara ett kort kvarter till historiska centrala Kennett Square som Conde Nast Traveller utsåg till en av de coolaste städerna i Amerika. Beautiful two bedroom in Kennet Square

Had a wonderful stay at this perfect apartment in Kennet Square. Great location , easy to walk to restaurants ,shops . This well stocked apt has comfortable beds , extremely clean bathroom. Everything you need and more. Will be returning soon. Has a lot to offer.

Lovely property

Exceptionably decorated and lovely, first floor apartment. Kitchen was well stocked with basic foodstuffs. Bathroom location was a bit awkward forget un-related parties (food off each bedroom) but it worked, and I loved the heated floor. Lovely patio to enjoy the afternoon sun. Communication was excellent!

Charming flat walking distance from great coffee!

Our family stayed here for a long autumn wedding weekend and found it cozy and convenient. We are a family of four and had the share the Jack-n-jill bathroom (the only bathroom is between the bedrooms), but we didn’t mind. Everything was spotlessly clean and well appointed . The beds were comfortable, entry was keyless and easy, communication great.

Just Perfect!

Great location

Great location for our short trip. Convenient to Longwood Gardens and walking distance to Kennett Square businesses. Quick communication with our host (we needed some help for a slightly early check-in and access to the unit). Recommend the Victory brew house for a large selection of beers and good food.

Maiden Lane Hideaway

This delightful "cottage" apartment was tucked back off the main streets but a few steps from the center of Kennett Square's restaurants, shops and farmers market. Best location for visiting Longwood, Hagley, Winterthur and Nemours. We will definitely be back.

My husband, daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We felt at home instantly. We so appreciated the attention to detail of the decor and the amenities. Great place to stay

The house was as good as it was described. Two bedrooms with queen-sized beds were good for our family of 5 persons even without using a sofa bed. When arrived, house was cold inside but with extra heaters it warmed quickly next day and was perfect. Special thanks to house owners who gave usa a lot of information before and during the stay and answered our questions swiftly.

Return visitors to The Apartment

We were very pleased to return to The Apartment in Kennett Square in October 2022. As we found in our first visit, staying right in the heart of this wonderful town is the best way to enjoy the many amenities of Kennett Square--the short walk into town with fine restaurants, the best ice cream you will ever have at La Michoacana, pleasant walks in the neighborhood, and day trips to Bucks County--Doylestown and New Hope; Wilmington; Lancaster City; and Strasburg. We are great fans of Brandywine River Museum in Chadds Ford; Michener Art Museum in Doylestown; Delaware Art Museum in Wilmington; and the small Demuth Museum in Lancaster. The Apartment has truly become "our home away from home" with all comforts including parking right in front of your door. We can't imagine a better place to stay in the Brandywine River Valley and Kennett Square is the best place to enjoy all the beauty of the fall season!

Hidden Gem!

All I can say about our stay is 5 Stars all around! This property was clean, very well equipped with lots of extras, and a host that was very responsive. Extra towels provided ASAP when requested. The apt is charming, decorated very nicely, and just an overall great experience.

Perfect Kennett Square Get-Away

Comfortable, beautifully decorated, very clean apartment. It appears to be newly renovated with an eye for the convenience and comfort of guests. The hosts anticipated every potential need and provided everything from glassware to toiletries! It is just a VERY short walk into Kennett Square with wonderful restaurants and shops. Also very convenient to Longwood Gardens, Winterthur, and the Brandywine River Museum of Art.

Perfect Location for a perfect stay

What a wonderful stay we had at this incredibly clean and neat little bungalow. My friends and I were looking for a perfect getaway for the weekend to participate in the Pennsylvania Tough Mudder and came across this hideaway. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The accommodations were immaculately clean, organized, and secure. We had the ability to stay right in the old town and enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinners and there were wonderfully independent boutiques throughout the community. We spoke to the owners upon our arrival and they could not have been nicer! Overall I will defiantly return if I am ever in the area once again!! It was the perfect location for the perfect stay!!
