“Goodseed Suites was essentially as expected. Room was small, but its an adequate base if you’re planning on doing a lot around town and need a place to sleep.”

“The comforter was soiled with hair and yellow stains. When we took the comforter off the bed, there was no top sheet. So nothing to cover ourselves while sleeping. There were no extra sheets and not even a blanket. In the bathroom there were no hand towels and just two wimpy bath towels. When we arrived there was only a 1/4 roll of toilet paper and no extra. We got there at night and were only staying for one night so no time to buy anything. The couch looked like it was from 1970 and was dirty....

“This apartment/studio was perfect for a long weekend. Very nice and thoughtful design of the space and amenities. While there is no concierge, the check-in and check-out process was smooth, instructions were clear and easy to understand, and I received quick responses to any questions. Location in old city is excellent and provided a good base for exploring Philly. Highly recommend”

“Nice and cozy hotel, very close to town. Very nice room. Our bathroom had a jetted tub. Good breakfast. There is a large public parking nearby. You can get some discount if you tell the front desk before you pay the parking ticket,”
